The UPS Store

This place is awful. Worst customer service! I came in with a 3^rd party UPS number to ship a package. After I was told very rudely that I would have to go somewhere else, I asked if he was sure. I’m using a UPS account number, so why can’t I ship at a UPS store? I do this at FedEx all the time with 3^rd party account numbers. As I was walking out the door he yelled at me, «Have fun at FedEx.» Really? I sure will have fun taking all of my business to FedEx. Avoid this place!

Warning — the store owner for this store is a crook. We shipped a television from TX to WA that arrived to our home destroyed. We paid for $ 1,500 in insurance in case our property was damaged. This store owner has refused to pay out our claim and UPS corporate has been less than helpful. He did try to «buy us out» for $ 500. I only assume this is so he could pocket the rest of the money. This occurred in July — it is now September and we still haven’t received our money. We did find out that UPS has paid him the money, which he is supposed to send to us so we can replace our damaged television (that remains in the possession of UPS). Instead of being helpful, we have received an insane response from the store owner telling us to back off. I would NOT recommend using this store for any service.
