I purchased a new car from Michael Simmons at Lewisville Mitsubishi and it was the best experience I’ve had with buying a car. He and his team made the whole experience seemless and hassle free. I shopped at other dealerships prior to my purchase and the difference was night and day. ***Sales Scam – The $ 25 Wal-​Mart GIFT CARD MAIL OFFER*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME – we received an offer in the mail to test drive a 2015 Mirage & we would receive a $ 25 gift card. We went to test drive, WASTE OF TIME – listened to the sales pitch, then test drove, then had to listen to the Sales Closer blah blah blah speech, we say okay we will be in touch, then I asked about the gift card, the Hispanic guy/​Rubin looked at us with 4 eyes, went to ask the Black guy/​Mgr-​New Car Sales, then says ‘oh we ran out of those” OMG, what a WASTE OF TIME & a scamming way to get you in there, they should of had another gift card to replace the WAL-​MART gift card, I would NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer just for the run around we received from those two.

This dealership was fabulous! Fast friendly not pushy and my sales man was Justin! We have bought 3 cars from him the finance manger has been with the company for 15+ years and will get you the best rates!

Frank S. went above and beyond to help me into a new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. He even brought the car to me for a test drive when I didn’t have transportation to the dealership. He didn’t try to sell me into an upgrade since I was just looking for a basic car with automatic transmission and A/​C. The finance guy was also great and I was able to get my car payment with all the extra bells and whistles of warranties, service package, Skylink etc. to far below what I had originally anticipated. The best dealership I have been to. Travis helped us find the perfect vehicle. We told him what we wanted and next thing you know we where walking out of there with a mitsubishi outlander. We had a fantastic experience buying our new Outlander. Our salesperson, Gerrard Panther, was very kind and professional. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase and answered all of our questions. We went on our test drive, filled out the paperwork, got the financing taken care of and drive off the lot with the new car in a little less than 2 hours. Great experience with very nice people and we love our new car!

We live in Stillwater Oklahoma and recently looked into getting a newer car because my car (Acura rsx) had run its course after 12 years. We had a baby and a two door would not due anymore, We looked online and found The Mitsubishi Lancer, we checked out some here in Oklahoma and we found a 2011 with 78 000 miles in Texas since I’m a native to Texas it was not a big deal for us to make the trip and get the car. We called the dealership and had a cashiers check ready to get the car. Luckily they had their finance department call me they tried to sell me a car I didn’t want! I don’t know how you get silver and red confused? I should have known then that this was not going to end well. One of their sales men called me and made things right and even knocked off 1000.00 for the confusion. So I get a cashiers check from my bank for the full amount and decide we would make the trip. While on the drive there they called and said that a wire harness for the fan had gone out and that I couldn’t buy the car? I said well I have a check in my hand for the car. Now mind you this is a Mitsubishi dealership, they said it would take them 2 weeks to get the part and it would be about 150.00. I call auto zone down the road and the oem part from Mitsubishi was there and it cost 35.00 bucks. I called them back and told them and wouldn’t you know the part they ordered 1 week before showed up and was ready to install. After our 4 hour drive we finally made it tired thirsty and just wanting to get our car we were walked outside and walked around the car it looked clean and very nice. We went in signed out paper work and they filled up our car. We left the dealership and went to grab something to eat we got on the highway and not even 40 miles in the check timing belt light came on. Reason I know what that emblem ment is because we pulled over read the manual. We took it easy and made it home at around midnight. The next day I got an email asking about our car. I emailed back to dealership explaining the light that came on our trip back home. I never heard anything back from them. I emailed the general manager about the light that came on, I also read online that Mitsubishi has a possible recall on the lancer, lancer evo, and the montero sport. Because the engine belt/​chain becomes loose and causes engine and pulley failure. So I called Mitsubishi and they gave me a code said to contact the dealership I bought it from. Because the chain/​belt shouldn’t have to be changed until 110,000 miles. I called the dealership and they put me on speaker phone and pretty much told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, then that they would contact me the next day so far it’s been a week and still haven’t got a call
Nor a reply from the general manager. Not the way to do business pretty crappy customer service if you ask me. Sean Dyar is the sells man that tried to swap cars on me and as thus far been no help what so ever the sales man that actually sold me my car was named Mike he was the most helpful person there. The general manager John Mahaffey doesn’t care I’ve emailed him twice and his salesmen supposedly discussed this matter with him, don’t bother with this dealership it’s all about the cash and to think I was going to send my brother there for a car. Just not worth it. Find yourself a dealership that wants your business and cares about the product the sell you. Not just about the cash they can make off you and then your on your own.
I contacted a Mitsubishi car dealership here in bixby Oklahoma and they actually walked me through a reset on the car and cleared the code they told me to drive it around the block and call them if the light came back on unfortunately it did they said it will be 65 for the diagnostics and then may be up to 1000 for the timing belt/​chain fix but they are going to call Mitsubishi head office for me and try to help me since the car is 35,000 miles away from the belt/​chain to be serviced. That’s how a dealership is suppose to treat a customer. Not like the scum at Lewisville Mitsubishi.

Ok to be 100% honest their prices are very competitive and their sales and financing staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we traveled several hours and even though we had 8 vehicles we wanted to see only 1 was available.
I had told the salesperson my two favorites early in our conversation (well before I even left my house) and then once on the road I mentioned my two favorites and added a third (he then told me one of them had sold.) When we arrived we were first told one was being washed and then was later told an employee had taken it home for the night. After driving a vehicle we liked that was used he kept suggesting a new one. Truthfully we fell into the «trap» when we began discussing new cars and all of a sudden we’re looking at brand new cars, even bigger cars!
The salesman was very good at his job and frankly had we not gotten hungry, and had we even been considering buying new prior to arriving, I believe we would have purchased a brand new car that day. But we didn’t. I really planned to come back but I really dreaded the drive. Our salesperson did state he would deliver the vehicle but the time to mull it over kinda changed my opinion from ambivalence to not really pleased. Frankly we were kinda surprised that we were told financing on a used car after hours might not work but that he was certain he could get us in a new one that night. I don’t exactly know what one would call our experience but all in all we chose not to go back.

My husband went in there about 4 months ago because a computer component was fried and they charged us $ 450 to fix it… no big deal it had to get fixed. After they gave us the car back after fixing it, the speakers didn’t work. Didn’t noticed until we got home. My husband went back and they were going to charge him $ 100 to do the diagnostics not including the repair. My husband being a person that knows quite a bit about cars said he will fix it himself (whatever the problem was). Now tell me why did they had to take out the amplifier to fix a computer component in the front of the car and they damage the amplifier and say they will charge us when it’s your fault it happened at all in the first place! Turns out that when the dealership people took out the amplifier they «forgot» to put back the fuse for the amplifier. They wanted to charge more than $ 100 just put in a fuse that costs less than a dollar! I am very disappointed that Mitsubishi would treat loyal customers like this… basically cheating us. The repair people clearly knew what it was and yet they flat out wanted to overcharge us. My husband has some knowledge of cars but he came to you for help and this is how you treat him. If your looking to buy a car here, by all means go for it but when it comes to repairs don’t count on them to be honest.

We have purchased our last 10 cars from here. A great dealership filled with people who care and well built cars. John Mahaffey has been our go to guy at the dealership for over 10 years.

Service department is a joke 3 hours for an oil change! Never again!!! Horrible customer service!

I got my first brand new car here, and I love this place! Seriously, they worked with us even though we came by late at night right before closing, and we ended up buying two cars from them, two days in a row. They are that fantastic. they are not pushy, and they are very honest. We were working with John, and Michael.
They let us look at the cars on the lot and discuss amongst ourselves what car would be best and they were always there to help us with questions and little tips and tutorials using the car.
Lastly, they took my dying vehicle and got me in a brand new car that day, I have absolutely no buyers remorse, no problems with my Outlander sport, and I will never buy a car anywhere else now. These people treated us like family, and that’s really saying something.
We had previously gone to another Mitsubishi dealer that was trying to push us into a car, and even overpriced the most standard car on the lot. Pointing out that their owner was always around because it was a «family place» but would never actually tell us who he was or what he looked like, they just waved their arm around «like he’s here now!» my bet is, he wasn’t actually there. It was a little disheartening and we thought we might not be able to afford a new car and we really needed one for our growing family. (Baby due soon) We finally found that Lewisville Mitsubishi is very reliable because of our friend’s suggestion. Not all car dealers are the same! Even if they sell the same models!!!

This dealership is awesome. I had a cash budget and did not want to make any monthly payments. The sales team and managers made it possible. My sales person (Travis) was new both knew when to pass a question along to his manager. I was looking for a smaller sport utility. I was introduced to the Outlander Sport (at another location) and was hooked. Before then I had my targets pinned on a Kia Soul +. I will tell you the Outlander Sport wins hands down over the Soul. I had driven by the dealership in Plano several times and supposed it would be too far out of my budget to consider, I was wrong and my being stubborn almost cost me an awesome car. After I found the car I wanted I checked out both the Plano and Lewisville location. Both were great. In the end it came down to value for the price. For about $ 450 more I got a new car that was a model year older (2013) fully loaded instead of the 2014 base model. To me the $ 450 difference was well spent. Thank you, Mitsubishi!

Please allow the following review to inform a potential car buyer. I dealt directly with the owner’s son regarding the purchase of a 2007 Lexus GX 470. I was torn between a Lexus that they had and one at another dealership. He stated that his came with two remote fobs and the other did not. These were expensive to replace blah blah blah. I ended up buying the SUV from Lewisville and when they delivered the vehicle, surprise! The car only had one. I protested and had the delivery man (who happened to be the parts manager) sign his business card stating that one fob was missing. Additionally the SUV arrived with a broken reflector. After months of leaving messages and waiting — nothing. This was a classic case of bait and switch and I STRONGLY recommend that if you are considering purchasing a car from them you heed this review. It would be a much wiser decision in the long run to spend a few extra dollars somewhere else. Shame on you Lewisville Mitsubishi for dreadful post-​sale service and blatant lies.

Just today they took care of me yet again! Went as they say «above and beyond»!
I was driving to their location to have my car looked at when my car died on me. I called them up and told them about my situation and one of their service men drove out to help me. I was not close by! After he jumped my car he then followed me to make sure I got there without any issues. These guys have always taken care of me. They recognize me and remember my name. Anytime I need help they are more than happy to assist! The best…

In my quest for finding my next project, I went to Lewisville Mitsubishi out of a recommendation from a person on a message board. I arrived on a Tuesday around 1PM where there was nobody. I was told to speak to Ro, as suggested. When I pulled up to the dealer, it was nice and quiet it. All their Ralliarts and base model lancers were lined up in front of the showroom. I thought to myself, «Oh wow, Apex Silver Ralliart!» That’s mine! That’s mine!
I went into the showroom and two to three people walked by and just looked at me. No big deal, I have had that happen before. Finally, a gentleman by the name of Scott O’Conner greeted me and I went ahead and asked for Ro. Ro stepped out of his office/​cubicle and was holding a motorcycle helmet. I was about ten feet away from them. When Ro looked at me, he gave me this pompous «Pshh, I gotta get going.» He couldnt even spend thirty seconds to give me his card so I could come back another time.
Scott ended up helping me. I certainly appreciated his help, but his (im)maturity and inexperience in selling greatly disappointed me. I had to ask for everything. Asked for trade-​in value for my car, asked to sit in the Ralliart, asked everything. I wanted to compare the seats between the Ralliart with Recaro seats to the regular ones. Scott’s response was «Oh, the regular ones are just like the Recaros except they’re a little more forgiving.» I didn’t bother asking for the keys for that car, since it seemed like he didn’t want to help. I also tried starting up the Ralliart I sat in and the battery was dead and yet again Scott just laughed it off. I asked for a test drive and he said «Oh it is fast,» over and over again. At the end, I figured he didn’t want to deal with having a tech troubleshoot the car and possibly have a sale.
At the end, I spent an hour at the dealer and felt fourty of those minutes was wasted on nothing but a twenty four year old kid telling me a car was fast but didn’t let me test drive. His loss, their loss, and they don’t get my business or recommendation. Moving on.
