Restaurant is ice cold, food was cold when delivered to the table as well. Server was friendly. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Atrocious. Worst IHOP experience by far. Observations: 1. Food was bad. Not sorta bad. Almost inedible. Specifically, the eggs and hash browns were charred. That’s probably not that big of a deal for the world’s most popular breakfast restaurant. 2. Staff likes to chill. I get it. I like to relax too. 3. Plan on hanging out for a bit. You will get through a TSA screening faster for a one way trip to Baghdad than you will getting your peach crepes. 4. If you like mustard, too bad. They out. 5. Our waiter was nice. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat my waiter so that didn’t really matter. Secondary observations: 1. The seats were dirty upon arrival. 2. The bathroom was dirty. 3. The place smelled like dirty dishwater. 4. I just gave you 3 additional observations that included the word«dirty.» 5. There were gnats buzzing our food like Maverick and Goose. 6. I’m too nice and I keep paying for crap like this; I have finally learned my lesson. This is all true and I will testify in a court of law under the penalty of perjury. I am actually embarrassed for the place. It’s clear this place has no organization. Just a bunch of kids hanging out and playing pretend restaurant.

Horrible management! Getting food in an empty restaurant should take 10 minutes — instead it took over a half hour!!! For Pancakes!!! I saw waiters who would rather talk to each other and their friends then pay attention to their customers!!! And the manager did NOTHING but sit on her ass. Seriously skip this place and go to the 2499 location.

Horrible horrible horrible… Walked in about 530pm which is usually a dinner rush. well first of all it was dead(prob should have seen it as a sign to leave) wait about 5 min to be seated. then we wait another 5 min for our drink orders. as I was observing, I noticed the place was very messy. tables that hadn’t been bussed, napkins on floors, and just overall dirty. I saw 2 waitresses. so not like it was slammed and they just couldn’t do any cleaning. Now, for the ordering of the food, I order the breakfast sampler and I wanted to sub 2 pieces of sausage for 2 pieces of toast. and my husband ordered a meal that didn’t come with pancakes and asks if he can sub pancakes for his 2 pieces of sausage for pancakes and she informs us that it would work. not another word is said. we wait 25 min for our food and everything is extra greasy. like as if they cooked it and dipped in grease.(pools and pools) I notice that my plate has 4 pieces of toast and my husband has 4 pieces of toast.(both of our plates only come with 2) then for the pancake issue on my husbands. there is none. so we thought ok no big deal we’ll just share pancakes from my breakfast sampler. our waitress immediately brings the check out almost directly after we received our food and we were both charged for extra toast and it showed a charge for pancakes and we never got them. we were gonna wait until she came by to have it fixed and she never did, we actually saw her clock out and leave. worst service ever. NEVER going back. EVER! I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISIHOPTOANYONE. if you are craving iHop please drive the extra millage to the iHop on 2499. the service there is much better.(side note– I waited tables for 3 years. that was not service. I could have went to McDonalds and would have gotten better service)

the strawberry crepes are soooo horrible… it’s literally an extremely soggy pancake drowned with artificial strawberry syrup. i threw up the moment i got home. my head is throbbing. i hate ihop so much now. never coming back to any locationever again. i am in so much pain. when i took my first bite i thought it was the end. i thought i would never see my first born child. i thought it was fr the end. jesus take the wheel please.

Never going there again. The place was just dirty. Trash and food on the floor and gnats flying around and on the wall. If you want breakfast at IHOP find another location.

Service can be very slow at times, but the servers are very friendly and nice. The food is good IHOP fair. It’s always clean, and that’s a plus.

I decided to try this IHop. We arrived a little after 6 pm. The host was friendly but never came back after taking my daughter’s drink order. When our waitress came over I asked about my daughter’s drink only to be told they were out of Pepsi and most all drinks. They were only a quarter full but it took at least 35 mins for our food to arrive. In fact, the couple next to us that had ordered appx 5 mins after we did received their food but we received our food. Our food was just warm. We had to ask twice for additional butter. While our waitress was nice and the place was clean due to the food service, I will not return to this IHop.

6÷29÷2013 — Arrived at 11:00am…was seated promptly… as were others at that time…11:03am — others that arrived after us already have received their coffee and drinks — we have yet to be talked to. 11:05am — Servers cleaning up tables around us talking about last nights party they went to — still not even acknowledging that we even exist. 11:07am — Still no one has even talked to us, other peeps I talked about before already receiving their food. 11:10am — More servers around us taking care of others around us. 11:13am — they still don’t recognize that we even exist. 11:15am — Wife and I decide to leave… As we are leaving, woman at the front says«Thank you for coming to IHOP — have a great day!!!» — LOL — OMG — We told her exactly what happend and made sure EVERYONE heard us — This IHOP has been notorious for treating people like crap — and the morons they hire only care about working with their friends. Not caring about customers. And I am NOT going to talk to the manager, and get free food and such — I am NOT looking for that… I will be sending a lengthy letter to their corporate office about the incident and advise them that their Management in that facility needs to be fixed!!!
