History

Established in 2013.

BriarHills Maids was a direct result of our own struggle to find a quality cleaning service at a reasonable price. We eventually tired of feeling like our home never looked or felt as clean as it would when we did it ourselves. After hiring numerous cleaning agencies and individuals, we decided to set out on our own and hire a staff we could personally train to meet the expectations of our clients.

BriarHills Maids has now been in business for over 2 years and is continuing to see substantial growth on a monthly basis.

My husband and I were both born and raised in the North Dallas Area. I graduated from Texas Tech University with my MBA and have been in the business field for many years. I have always been detail oriented (to the extreme) and anyone that knows me can attest to this. I feel the quality of service our company provides will meet the highest of expectations

I spent 95.00 using a Unilocal deal for my 1 bedroom apartment. I expected with that kind of money spent that I would get a full detail and clean. The ladies were nice that cleaned my place but were more into chatting then paying attention to details. After they left there were stains on my counter and stoves were not clean as well. I will not be using them again as it is sooo expensive but not very detailed. They also arrived several hours later and then had to rush my place because they had a bigger house to go to. There is definitely an issue with communicAtion here.

Called and scheduled our house to be cleaned with Anna. She was very knowledge on rates and the procedure. I explained that I was scheduling someone to clean the carpets in five rooms and I needed to allow enough time for them to clean those rooms before the carpet cleaners showed up and to make sure the carpet cleaners would not be in their way. She said she understood and scheduled 11:00 am. The day of at 11:15 no one had shown up or called. I called in to see why they were not there and was told by another lady that I was scheduled for 11:45. I told her that I was told 11:00 am and that would be in conflict with the carpets being cleaned. She told me she would find out the eta and call me back. I waited until 11:45 and still no one had called me back or shown up. So I called back in and I was told by the same lady, that she had spoke to he boss and that scheduling a time of 11:00 am was meant as“11:00 am or sometime after”. Does that mean tomorrow at 11:00 am is adequate? I canceled with them and I have not heard a word form Anna or anyone else. Very unprofessional!!!

This is a DFW locally owned and operated business that treats ALL their clients like an «A» client, no matter how small your home or business is. Their attention-​to-​detail cleaning services are top-​notch, going ‘above and beyond’ what is expected (AND I AM PRETTY OCD). One of the biggest considerations when you are looking for a cleaning service, besides their expertise in cleaning, is TRUST – especially when you run a business with critically private information. We trust Paul and his crew implicitly. We have only used them for our Law Offices, but are considering using them for our home too. We have had the same housekeepers for ten years (and it would break their hearts to tell them we are going with a different one) so this says a LOT! We are Castle Hills residents so you just can’t beat the convenience of them and their flexibility. We love our current housekeepers like family, but they often have an inflexible schedule and take very little initiative when it comes to common sense things that need to be cleaned that may not always be obvious– like backsplash stains and baseboards. You will not have this problem with BriarHills Maid Service.

I would highly recommend Briarhills Maids. I’ve been very impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail and customer service. I needed to get my house ready to list for sale and we gave Paul very short notice. Not only did he send an army of people to get my house ready but they did a fantastic job (inside & out!). I plan to use them for our new house!

Asked Briarhills to do a first time deep clean on a home we just purchased. The house had 30 years worth of nicotine smell and stains. We were completely shocked. Everything was beautiful, clean, fresh, dusted. .. just perfect. It has not smelled like smoke since that first clean. We had our first regular clean today. Again, Perfect. They even did some things we didn’t expect. Thank you, Briarhills, for doing such a fantastic job!!!

BriarHill Maids is an amazing company. To know that the staff has had a background check and they are insured really puts my mind at ease. But then when they came to the house, they were friendly and efficient. They cleaned with more attention to detail than our previous cleaners. They tailor fit the service to my needs. They even traveled out to North Frisco with no issue, which was why we had to look for someone new. Thank goodness we had to cause not we have stumbled on the a company we are happy to move forward with. Highly recommended!
