Every massage at Shade Mountain R&R is tailored to meet your particular needs.

You may need a relaxing, rejuvenating full-​body massage. You may need a massage centered on a particular muscle injury. Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release Techniques, and muscle stretching are only some of the techniques we will use to «customize» your massage to fit your needs.

I have over 14 years experience as a Massage Therapist and 7 years as an Orthopedic MT. I am passionate about using my gift to serve my clients.

It is my goal that your treatment be relaxing and beneficial. Whatever your massage needs, whether it be for relaxation or rehabilitation, I am confident we can achieve that goal!
