Tire Warehouse

When you come to Tire Warehouse you should expect that it’s literally that: a warehouse of tires. Rows and rows and rows of tires for every make and model of car imaginable. Is it the cleanest place? No, but would you want it to be? That’s like going to a dentist who has yellowing teeth — it doesn’t make sense. You want your dentist to have a perfect smile, and for your a mechanic or tire people to smell like oil and rubber and car. So the «waiting room», which is really just a bunch of raggedy chairs set away from the tires, is nothing spectacular. But…
The customer service? Impeccable. And isn’t that what you’re paying for anyway (well, and for new tires). Whenever I’ve been here, I’ve been treated like an absolute princess. They don’t try and take advantage of me (for my lack of knowledge or gender [an unfortunate stereotype of women-​dealing-​with-​cars that still applies in this day and age]) and they don’t talk at/​around/​down to me. AND… they’re genuinely nice employees to boot. I like that it always feels like I’m dealing with real people who care about me (a real person).
And the tires? Quality. The price? OUT OF THIS WORLD. I don’t know if they still do it, but whenever I needed new tires, I would call Tire Warehouse first to ask them what the price would be. I would then call around to all the other tire places in the area to get their prices. If anyone was cheaper, I would tell Tire Warehouse that. Not only would they MATCH that other businesses prices… they usually would also throw an additional discount in, too. What?! What is that?! It feels like the glorious days of the late 1950’s/early 1960’s when bartering was still very much part of business.
If you need new tires and you’re in the area… THIS is the place you want to go. Heck, even now that I live outta town I would STILL go to these guys first!
