They do not ask about insurance when you make the appointment & will not see you when to go 50 miles out of your way for your oral surgery appointment. When you need emergency dental surgery staff should be empathetic and professional. From start to finish they were unhelpful and should all have their certifications yanked. The rude staff also cost the practice money. They should all be fired.
