History

Established in 2006.

I came to homeopathy in 1987 as a patient and was immediately hooked. It was amazing what positive changes could come from a few little white pills. Back then, I had to drive to Massachusetts to see a professional homeopathic practitioner. It was a long drive and made for a long day, but proved to be worth it for my health and wellness. I bought books and started to attend seminars, learning more and more about a subject that just fascinated me. Then I bought a home remedy kit and began to treat family members and myself for minor illnesses and injuries. After a while, friends asked for help. My knowledge of homeopathy and how it worked kept growing, along with my interest and amazement at the apparent miracles it could cause.

I resolved to bring back homeopathic medicine to Lewiston and Auburn after decades without a practitioner in the community. Eventually, I left my career practicing law and devoted myself to the formal study of homeopathy. This practice is the happy result.

Meet the Business Owner

Steve K.

Business Owner

A native of Augusta, Maine, I am a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education and the University of Maine School of Law, and practiced law in Androscoggin County for 25 years. I served on the Board of Trustees of the Lewiston Public Library and the Program Committee of the Great Falls Forum. In recent years I have occasionally taught a popular «Introduction to Homeopathy» course at various adult education programs, and have made public speeches about homeopathy.

Establishing substantial relationships with people, understanding them so I can prescribe accurately upon the totality of each person, is a pleasure. There is joy seeing a patient after a month or so with physical complaints much diminished or outright gone, with emotional stability and good cheer and self-confidence that were lacking before the remedy. Being able to use homeopathy to change lives for the better is priceless and immensely rewarding. I feel most fortunate in life.
