The Cowlitz River Bridge, just like lots of the bridges over the Lewis River, is not too amazing. They certainly aren’t like the Steel Bridge, bustling with life. This is a country bridge. This bridge goes over the I-5 and gets the job done. Near it is the Gospodor Monument Park. Here is part of the long-journey that the states of Oregon and Washington have encountered in bringing people between Portland and Seattle. This tends to blend well with the freeway. It’s fairly low-key, but Pike’s Place here I come. Thank you Washington for your bridges.
