Business Owner

Lori Richardson — owner and operator of Suburban Errand & Concierge LLC, has over 15 years of customer service experience. Prior to starting Suburban Errand & Concierge LLC, Lori earned a BA degree at Ohio University and had successful careers at both Abbott Laboratories and Cardinal Health, Inc. At Abbott, Lori worked in the customer service operations group as a Team Leader over Abbott’s mass merchandisers and drug store chains. At Cardinal, Lori’s experience included work in accounts receivable as well as working as a customer specialist on Cardinal’s national accounts. Lori’s work also includes volunteering her time at Holy Family soup kitchen in Columbus, Ohio as well as the Common Ground Free Store in Delaware, Ohio. At Holy Family soup kitchen, Lori works with the weekly volunteers to help serve 200+ meals to the hungry. At the Common Ground Free Store, Lori has worked to prepare food and assisted in the kitchen serving those in need that visited the store.
