SnoYo Self Serve Frozen Yogurt

My friends and I went into sno yo on 6−5−16 in the afternoon. Yogurt Selection was okay. I like that they try to have different unique flavors, but personally I like more traditional flavors. They didn’t even have the plain tart flavor which was a bummer. I thought that was a staple at all froyo places. Anyway ice cream was pretty good. Expensive, but good.
Anyway while my group of family and friends were finishing up, one of my friends from the next table went and got a sample cup from the cashier. He got a big sample, but it was obviously small enough to fit in the sample cup. But he ate it with a spoon. My fiancé wanted to try a flavor so he went and asked for a sample after that. The cashier said with an attitude «uh are you going to do what he did too?». My fiancé said, do what. Cashier went on to say «get a sample and eat it with a spoon». The way she went about it was very rude. She seemed like she wasn’t happy to be there to begin with. I am just surprised how uptight and rude the employee would get over a sample, esp after we bought about 50 $ worth of yogurt all together. Also was unaware about the no spoon in sample rule. i don’t like that the employee took out her frustration on my fiancé when, if she had an issue with the sample size ANOTHER customer got, shr should have dealt with said person. May sound like a miniscule problem, but this small problem made our visit very awkward, esp in front of our children! Just unprofessional and makes me not want to return.

The service was great! It was very clean, and the frozen yogurt was delicious. This will be a new place for me to visit when I’m craving something sweet. Sea salt caramel pretzel was tasty!

This place is great. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly. The store is clean and the frozen yogurt is delicious. You can’t go wrong with Snoyo

Great fun place! The interior design is very fun, inviting and colorful. love when frozen yogurt places give you tonz of option like this place. The banana frozen yogurt was delicious. If you haven’t had frozen yogurt yet you should check out this place. Enjoy.

Just another regular froyo place though it seemed all there flavors were healthy, nice selection might I recommend the Cinnabon

I love this place! I don’t live in Lewes, but if I did I would be here all the time! The red velvet flavor was so good. There’s so many choices of toppings and mix-​ins. SnoYo kicks the butt of the chain froyo place where I live in Salisbury. SnoYo… please come to Salisbury soon! I will be sure to visit next time in town!

Dulce de Leche is the bomb. Nice and clean! Fresh tasting… need one in the DMV! I loved the flavor choices and the 1950’s ice cream shop feel. It was a great place for something cool.

this place is all about variety! lots of yogurt flavors and endless toppings! i especially liked all the fresh fruit. i will be going back!

I have been a couple of times and so far so good! As long as they have the Original Tart I am a happy girl! I have tried some of the other flavors too, but Tart is still by far the best.
Always have lots of flavors to choose from as well as an endless choice of toppings. Love that they are open late too! Possibilities are endless!
