CJ’s Beach Bays, Inc

This is reportedly a AAA approved service shop. I had a vehicle with a transmission problem, and according to AAA, CJ’s was listed with them as a shop that could handle the job. So, I agreed to have my car towed to CJ’s. I was told that they would get the car up on the lift same day and make a determination on the problem. After not hearing from them that day, or the following day, I called them. I was told that they couldn’t do anything with the vehicle and I’d have to get it towed somewhere else.
CJ’s might do good work, but I never got to experience it. What I did experience was some poor customer service. I don’t believe that I should have been the one to call them for a status update; they should have called me as soon as they knew the extent of the problem, so I could make other arrangements. In addition, they should not be listed as a AAA repair shop for transmissions, as they clearly cannot handle that task.

Six above zero and my heater stopped working. i pulled in and CJ came out. He had the problem solved and repaired it overnight. CJ has been servicing all my cars for over 13 years. Both foreign and domestic. The entire staff is fantastic and competent. Super service.

We were on vacation and on 8÷15÷14, we had an issue with our Honda CR-​V… The people there were awesome! They took care of us immediately with great professionalism and courtesy. I’ve read some of the other reviews and am quite honestly shocked! These people cared… They put in great effort to help us immediately and without a worry. I literally left there and haven’t stopped bragging about them since! I thank you so very much…

My engine light went on and my neighbor in Lewes told me to stop into CJ’s because that is who they use for all of their car repairs and maintenance. Paul V. checked my trucks computer and let me know what the light indicated. He was very nice and took the time to figure out what was wrong. It looks like they have a full schedule as would be expected with any successful business. I was very satisfied by the attention I received and will use them in the future for my car repairs.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was passing through town and my car started overheating so i called the dealership. They were busy so they recommended this place. I called and told them what was going on and they said to come in. I came in and they said they could look at it today but could not fix for 2weeks. Im from out of town morons what do you want me to move here so you can fix my car?

Excellent in Everyway! We have been using Cj’s for over 5 years now! Anytime we have had to go in for either routine maintenance or actual repair-​we have always felt that we were treated fairly and service was done in the most professional manner. The entire team from CJ to Karen to the guys as friendly and honest! Not only do my parents use CJs-​but many of our friends and everyone has always said the same thing… CJ’s is the BEST!!!
