On March 12, 2015 I went to this Verizon Wireless authorized dealership.
I had a complicated problem with a cellphone I purchased at Best Buy which was
a huge mistake. Tim, one of Verizon’s reps was articulate, knowledgeable,
and quite professional. Tim sets the bar quite high and I was 100% an extremely
satisfied customer. I highly suggest to purchase your cellphone from this Verizon
dealership and see Tim for all your cellphone needs, it truly was worth the visit.
Tim’s customer service skills are outstanding and his knowledge of cell phones
is quite impressive. I
