Everytime you go thru the drive thru you are always missing atleast 2 – 3 items. Live in the neighborhood been there a bunch of times and this has always happened.

Stopped in for quick lunch the other day. Ordered my taco’s to stay. Order came, I sat with my lunch. Looked down at it and the tray they handed me was dirty. Tried to eat my lunch but this was just grossed me out. Got up and left. Don’t think I will be going back there anytime soon!

I always go here by Drive thru. They are slow in the service, one time I had to wait in line for 20minutes and when I got my order they gave it all wrong. I always have combo 3 which is supreme crunchy taco, with NO lettuce. I could barely taste the ground meat, because the portion they put is very very little. The lady manager, a tall woman is nice, I went back for a soda refill, and she did not hesitate to give me, I did not like the cinnabon balls, it was wayyyy to sweet and soaked in melted sugar, was way too mushy…
Overall, the lady manager in the drive thru is good in service, portions of meat are so so small. Price Is OK.

Went here one day to get food and the young lady at the drive through was not happy to be working there and pretty much rushed my order and sayed «oh my god» about a question I had. Very rude and then when I got to the window to talk to the manager she said «f#ck you» yelling behind the manager because I was taking a video to send to corporate. I still have the video. I hope that manager did the right thing and sent the girl home for the day and fired her! Very bad business and I haven’t been back since and most likely never will! That is not someone you want representing your company and non the less all the times this one has messed my order up! Undercover boss!

What can i say?! Its a Taco Bell. It seems the same staff has been here since I have been visiting this location. They are all friendly and courteous. During non peak hours this location is a nice place to sit and eat. BUT after the near by schools let out, this place turns in to romper room! Wholly moley batman! Aside from the inside the drive-​thru goes out, and on to Hempstead Tpke! So if you go during the busy times, run in and run out while you can!

As a Long Islander, you know you’ve got a lot of choices of Taco Bell’s. You also know that not all Taco Bell’s are made the same. As far as I’m concerned the folks who consider this their local Taco Bell are a lucky lot. This Taco Bell just tastes best to my buds. This is also the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that gives a mint with the food nearly every time. Late night weekends is a disaster here though (like most Taco Bell’s). I waited over an hour once. Why I waited I couldn’t tell you, but I’m sure most of us have been there before.

Love me some Taco Bell! I’ve been going to this location from the moment it opened who knows how long ago. The manager Ray has been there since and he is always so nice and never gets the order wrong. This Taco Bell is open super late, 4 or 5 am, and the line at times is out onto Hempstead Turnpike because everyone loves Tbell! Do I even care that this not a combination store with Taco Bell and something else? No, I sure don’t. Taco Bell can stand alone!

I’m fairly certain I almost got dumped because of the length of time spent on the drive-​thru line at this particular Taco Bell. The line at night is always extremely long. Keep that in mind!

W… T…F. This is either the world’s most profitable and popular drive thru, or it is completely understaffed. Because I literally waited on a drive through line for over 15 minutes last night. The line inside was no more encouraging.
When fast food ceases to be fast there’s no hope for humanity.

Ok I love Taco Bell, by far my favorite fast food chain but this one gets on my nerves. Besides the fact that this one and about every other Long Island Taco Bell have yet to be renovated like some of the other ones bugs me but I can move on. Today I ordered two things and it took about 10 mins for the order to come which baffles me seeing as how there are 7 workers making the food. Anyway this location seems to attract Long Island High School youth which would be fine but they can get a little loud and annoying. Anyway 3 stars for it being Taco Bell and having good tasting food. Slow service and LI Youth are the only real cons I have.
