Sports Authority

This store went out of their way to take care of me, by personally going to the Riverhead location to get me the product i needed.
They deserve 10 stars great customer service.

Is this place a joke?
I typically love all Sports Authority locations so I figured when I needed workout gloves, I would head to this new-​ish location and see what they had to offer. From the outside, you can already tell it’s smaller than the other locations in the area. I went inside anyway and looked around. Shoes and apparel to the right, equipment to the left. Luckily, their staff does know the location of their items because the nice employee led me to their selection of gloves.
I was pretty disappointed with what they had to offer. Most of their inventory was already sold-​out, which left a limited supply of gloves. I was also upset because two «pairs» I picked up, only contained one glove each. I sighed, gave up, and gave one last look around to see if there was anything to save this place. Every sport they had a section for was pretty bare. I don’t know if maybe their inventory hasn’t been restocked yet but whatever the case may be, there just wasn’t enough to offer in this particular location.

This is an ok looking location, but the staff isn’t very helpful and the selection is lacking.
