Laser Bounce

My daughter’s favorite fun place. Whenever I ask her where she wants to go (her first answer is always the supermarket lmao – don’t ask) she always names Laser Bounce. If you have small children I definitely would recommend bringing your kids here. There is so much for the kids to do and they always have a blast here.
They have two sides that the kids can go in to bounce and do other things. The Bounce arena has a couple of inflatable bounce houses, obstacle courses, and a small soft play area. Kids ranging from 2 – 12 can come in here for open play and parents are welcomed to supervise. The other side is called the Ballocity arena and this side is my favorite because it has a wide variety of interactive activities for the kids to do. They have renovated it since I started coming here and it just keeps on getting better. There are soft foam balls in there that the kids can throw at each other, put into the blasters, vacuum cannons, or buckets.
Both sides are available different times on different days because they also rent them out for private parties. Its always best to either check the website or give them a call to find out the times.
Laser Bounce of course has a Laser tag area that you can pay for and play with groups. They have a decent sized arcade when you walk in with a bunch of different games. The games give tickets and the kids can redeem them for a bunch of prizes. Last but not least, they have a Stuff-​a-​bear room where kids can come and pick out an animal, pick clothes, fill out a birth certificate and take them home in a book bag. Similar concept to the infamous Build-​a-​Bear. They do sell some foods but I honestly wouldn’t suggest buying any here because its all microwaved.
All in all, I really like coming to Laser Bounce. The main thing I’m not a fan of is the huge age range for the children because my daughter is only 3 and there can be 12 year olds running around and playing rough. Its sometimes dangerous for little ones and you have to really keep an eye on your children to make sure they don’t get run over or trampled. If it was a bigger place or if in the future they decided to expand I would hope they would create a section for either toddlers or pre-​teens. I don’t feel they should be playing together in the same arena simultaneously.

Laser Bounce was a huge hit for my son’s 14^th birthday party. Courteous and professional staff. Lot’s of fun activities to keep the kids occupied. The drive from Brooklyn on a Saturday afternoon wasn’t bad either.

I live very close to this spot and walked in three times. Twice for a birthday party in the weekend and i did not enjoy it and i just stopped by for their open bounce on christmas break during a weekday.
If you go in the weekend be prepared this place is a zoo-​crowded beyond capacity and all you hear is kids screaming. I understand it is a kids place and i get it-​we will hear kids screaming but it is so small that kids are literally screaming in your ear. This spot is tiny and feels very claustrophobic. I prefer going to other bounce places that are more airy and open and have a designated adult space. I did not see anything here but crowds and crowds of people EVERYWHERE!!!
However when we walked in to their open bounce on a weekday it was tolerable. It wasnt crowded and the kids enjoyed themselves and i was able to find a spot to sit and play candycrush.
Recommend go in the weekdays NOT in the weekends. The kids LOVE it here. but of course they do. The staff is pleasant, young teenagers. I received 2 dollars off from Unilocal.Overall just okay.

Recently held a birthday party for my son. Kids had a great time in the ballocity, laser and arcades area. Brian the manager was helpful with the planning and accommodating during the party. Event went as planned. Only con– noise level in arcade area… guess it’s a given in places like this. Laser was the most fun… would do it again

Honestly, I’ve read the reviews about people’s disappointment with open play. Perhaps we came on a good day (Christmas eve). The place is virtually empty now. Anyhow, there is a dated and dingy feel to the place and there is confinement of a lot in a small place. Notwithstanding the «dated-​ness» while here, I’ve watched employees wipe down the bouncers and clean up — so this a plus that can’t be ignored.
Overall, there is a lot of variety here and the kids are quite occupied. For crying out loud, I wouldn’t have been able to write this review if the kids weren’t so well occupied.
I’d definitely be back!!!

I had my child’s birthday party here and everything went smooth and as planned. The staff was very attentive and kept checking up with us during the whole duration of the trip. The prices are very reasonable compared to other competitors in the area. We even stayed a couple of hours after the party for our kids to play some more games and they had a great time and won some really nice prizes for the tickets they had accrued.

Went there with my two daughters and three grandchildren. We had a coupon, but they said it was a National Holiday (it was NOT). They refused to make an exception and we had to disappoint the kids and leave. To think we packed up 3 kids and promised them a day of fun just to be turned away was unbelievable. Suffice it to say this place does not love kids.. .. Don’t take your kids here unless you are willing to be turned away at the gate. I will never go back.

I purchased a Groupon for Laser Bounce («LB»). The first time I attempted to use it at LB, it was a federal holiday (which I did not realize until my group – three adults and two children – walked into LB and was told of the holiday). The female manager at LB (I didn’t get her name) coldly refused to honor the Groupon even though it was 11:15 am and there were no more than seven children in the entire facility. She told me that if she made an exception for me, she would have to «make an exception for everyone» (even though there was no one other than me on the line).
A week later my party returned to LB to use the same Groupon. I made sure that it was NOT a federal holiday, nor that schools were closed (the two prohibitions on using the Groupon). Nevertheless, the SAME female manager wrongly refused to honor the Groupon, saying that, «it’s a Jewish holiday and some schools ARE closed.» I requested to speak to the owner of LB, however only another manager (this time a male) spoke to me. This male manager also refused to honor the Groupon, saying: (1) it’s a Jewish holiday – although admittedly NOT a federal holiday, and (2) some schools are closed – even though admittedly the public schools are open. I told him that the Groupon was obviously valid today and that he was obligated to let me into LB. This manager then rudely said that he’s expecting «over 400 people here, but I can make an exception and let you in even though I have turned away 20 people today trying to use Groupons.» (Meanwhile, it was 11:15 am and LB opens at 11:00 am. It’s impossible that he could have «turned away» 20 people trying to use Groupons in 15 minutes.) At this point, I realized that both of the managers were liars, and simply did not want to let me into LB – whether it was because I was not Jewish or another unjust reason, I will never know.
I called Groupon, gave Groupon a full report of my awful experiences at LB, and received a refund. I will never attempt to enter LB again.

Very pissed off with them! I called to inquire about bringing my son and his friends here (5 children) a month ahead. I asked about prices and the sales rep (that sounded like the manager) referred me to look at their website. Then I told him about my dilemma to see what he would say. I have a son age 3 that’s birthday is coming up. I wanted to do a party at Laser Bounce for him but we only have 5 kids that are guaranteed to come and we need 10 to have a party there, so I called and asked what they could do. He was NO HELP AT ALL. I asked him if I could rent a little area just to cut a cake for the 5 of them since we do not have 10 and you would’ve thought I said for free because he said «No absolutely not! You cannot bring any outside food and you need to check our schedule. We book up fast. You cannot just bring them here. You can just to play but it’s not guaranteed.» So I asked him if I could reserve something ahead of time or purchase their tickets ahead and he said «NO. It’s first come first serve and you need to check our schedule online. We have a strict schedule». Well thanks for EVERYTHING. Guess we’re not coming here EVER since its so VIP.

Ok place to keep the kids busy. We used a groupon and found it very affordable so my advice is to check for coupons & deals.
All games were operational and the staff was friendly, personable and had patience with the kids (especially during ticket redemption)
The facility was clean & bathrooms were in order (although the outside building could use some re-​vamping).
All in all a nice little place to spend an evening with the kids.

I had my son’s birthday party here he had a blast and so did all my guests. Steve the mgr and staff was so helpful and nice couldn’t ask for a better party. It was definitely worth the money and to see how happy my son was playing all night we closed the place down.

My place of employment is not at question here, however yours is! How and why you would make a threat to say you would come into my place of employment is a disgrace. Maybe you should take a lesson from us at starbucks.

Did Birthday party for my 11 yrs boy. Kids love this place. Amanda and Cora was excellent host. My son thanked me for awesome party and I truly thanked them. Steve was helpful too!

Well I am not that big with this place but I am switching from 1 star to 2 stars because the manager at least apologied

Went there with my child on a rainy day and took advantage of their $ 13 weekday special. You get 2 hours of bounce, 8 tokens, and lunch for your child. Can’t be beat! Great way to occupy and tire out your kid at the same time.
The staff was friendly and very helpful to a rookie like me.
The only negative was that when the older boys started to show up my 4 year old was almost knocked over a BUNCH of times by their rowdy behavior and rough play. So much so that she wasn’t having fun anymore and asked to leave. Oh well I guess boys will be boys. As a suggestion maybe they could do sessions broken up by age?
We will absolutely go back… just have to get there early and watch out for the wild ones.

I love this place! We had my daughters 4^th birthday party there and the staff was amazing. Maria was our host and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. My daughter and her friends had a great time! The parents all loved the place and the food which is ordered from a nearby restaurant. We have gone there for open play and have never had a bad experience. If you are looking to kill a few hours this is definitely a great place to go to occupy the kids.

I had two parties here for my two sons at different times. They weren’t able to give me a discount considering I was spending more than 800 dollars on parties. They did give me a coupon for 25 dollars off my next party which they taxed when they applied. That kinda sucked. They also gave me a free pizza for the adults at the second party.
The first party was wonderful. I had it during the week. The second party was chaos. It was during the weekend. So I recommend you do the party during the week and save some money and your sanity.

Too small. Too expensive. Crappy food. The bouncers are way too close together. I definitely would not go back there… And checking their «catering» for a party, the prices are outrageous.
Oh yeah and the «arcade» area is small and twice as expensive, token wise, as Chuck E. Cheese…

I had my son’s 7^th birthday party here. Overall it was good and he and all the kids loved it. We did a «Ballocity» /​Laser Tag party and the kids loved both of those things. In fact everything was as good as I could have hoped. My main problem with this place is the simple fact that it’s completely open to the public. If you have your kid’s party here, each «part» of your party is separate from the general public, but e.g. to go from the ball pit to the laser tag room you’re walking through the public space. With 7-​year-​olds this isn’t a big deal, but with younger kids it’s a little worrying. The pizza room was cramped, but the staff was great and as I said all the kids had a great time.
If you book your party during the week (rather than weekend) you save a good chunk of money.

Reminded me of Pump-​it-​up. Very similar, with the exception that this location is actually easy to find and has a huge parking lot.
Bottom line: staff was friendly, kids had a blast. Laser tag was exceptionally fun and different.
