D & L Detailing

Oh boy, where to start… I purchased a groupon deal ($ 99 for a $ 200 detailing). When I made the appointment I was told 2 – 3 guys would come and it would take them approximately 3 hours to detail my SUV. Instead, one guy showed up (late) and rushed through the job in less than 2 hours. After he left I planned to run some errands, but realized he had taken my key with him. I called and he said he would drop off my key when he was finished his next job, but luckily I had a spare in the meantime. When I went to start my car with my spare key, the car was dead! Guess he left my doors open/​lights on. Lovely. After giving my car a jump, I actually took a look around and saw the car was still dirty! There was actually dirt that I could literally wipe off with my finger (no cleaner needed!). My husband got some windex and q-​tips and had to go through the car to get all of the spots the detailer missed. He ended up with about 50 q-​tips that were covered in dirt. Needless to say, we certainly will not be recommending D & L to anyone.
