Cold Stone Creamery

This coldstone is my go-​to. They have WAY more flavors than the one in Garden City. Cinnamon Cake Batter is amazing! One warning, this place can get packed in the evenings but for good reason. They provide generous portions and fast service.

I hope things have changed.
Went to levittown store about 6 – 8 years ago. There were literally 100’s and 100’s of
Ants crawling on the counters. The girl behind the counter said she was aware but nothing she cold do about it. Haven’t been back. Didn’t order.
Promise this is not false.
Always try to be positive so I know they offer lots of fundraising through their store.
They give percentage of sales between certain hours based on you coming in for the fundraiser. That is nice.

I just can’t go back but hear it’s good.

Very dirty with incompetent staff. The tables and floor are filthy always. The staff will skip you if they see you speaking with someone that is being helped. The posted prices are not always what is charged. The «stone» is not cleaned after every preparation increasing the chance of allergic reactions to things like nuts and bacteria. The owner lurks over the employees and can make you uncomfortable. I’ve been there several times because Cold Stone ice cream served correctly is amazing and worth the steep prices for ice cream but every trip had one or all of the complaints I listed above. Check it out for yourself. When you walk in look to the left at the filthy eating area. By the register look through the glass at the dirty and messy prep stone. Lastly look at some of the employees uniform, hair and general demeanor. They are generally sloppy. Lastly the creepy bearded owner lurking over the employees near the register. Time for me to find a new location!!!

Kudos to the workers at this Cold Stone Creamery. There are not many left, so when I went it was PACKED. The line went the length of the store and then snaked its way to (and shortly after we entered, out) the front door, yet they managed to keep the store running in a reasonably smooth fashion. Sure it’s pricier than Carvel and Baskin Robbins but the ice cream has more flavor and texture than Carvel, and Baskin Robbins sucks, so if nutrition is the opposite of what you’re looking for, check out Cold Stone Creamery. Dibs on that slogan.

Open till 11pm every night. Can get crowded at times, usually when a large group comes here for a treat as it seems to be a popular destination for many teenagers. They have a large selection of ice-​creams, gelatos, shakes.

Stopped in for a treat on my lunch break. The service was quick and the ice cream was delicious.

I was there earlier today, and I tried one the signature ice creams the Banana Caramel Crunch. I was blown away! The vanilla ice cream was rich and creamy. If the ice cream was not sweet enough, the employee greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to me sweet toothiness needs. I walked out with a smile on my face and eager to dig into my ice cream.

Whenever I’m in the mood for a nice cold dessert I’ll take a trip to cold stone! Anything you can think of they will put it in ice cream. Real fruit, snickers you name it!
The ice cream is so creamy and delicious anyone searching a good ice cream place, search no more. This is the place to go!

Walked in, 20 minutes before closing, and the gentleman behind the counter immediately gave us an attitude. He had an attitude and ruined my mood. I understand what it’s like to have customers walk in before closing, I work in retail. Other than that everything was great, well kept and delicious.

I like this place, as soon as i walk in i feel fatter but that’s ok .I usually go over the top with toppings but everything i get is delicious, Carvel blows compared to this place.

If I could give them no stars I would! This cold stone has to be one of the worst managed stores I’ve ever been to. They have no idea what customer service is. The Indian who is the manger there is a jerk and needs a lesson in how to provide excellent customer service. Totally reporting them to their corporate office … needs to be shut down.

Ok, I’ve been going here for years. Since this place first opened up. And I have ZERO complaints. We buy cakes there, they taste great. We buy ice cream there, it taste great. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Definitley my favorite place to get ice cream.

I usualy have no problem here. use it all the time since it opened but won’t go back because the manager was rude to me over the phone and hung up on me when i was trying to explain to him why I cancelled my order the day before the pick up day.
My daughter had a stomach virus. I would call back when she was feeling better. not cool!

As soon as you walk in, you can tell its clean and well kept, the owner does a very good job of hiring good respectable young kids. My daughter loves their chocolate devotion, me I’m simple just plain chocolate for the craving. Not something you eat everyday.

You cant go wrong in this place. I got some banana caramel ice cream and my girl got birthday cake ice cream. We ate both and they were perfect. Cold Stone has our approval

Had various experiences here but no matter what I love coming here for a treat. Most of the time they mix my concoctions well but one time a guy barely mixed it and left it in big chunks and refused to mix it. Besides that one experience, it’s been great so far.

Obviously I love Cold Stone, my only small complaint was that they dumped the excess ice cream from one of our orders, we. should have got them to put it in a small cup. You shouldn’t be allowed to throw away perfectly good ice cream lol

The smartest thing that the owner of this Cold Stone Creamery did was to choose this location to open his store. This place is an absolute Gold Mine! Any time I have stopped in for one of their concoctions, the store is never empty. Forget the weekends and summertime, you then have to deal with all the lines. Unlike Starbucks (too many to count), there is no other Cold Stone Creamery nearby.
OK, I’m sure you have all been to a Cold Stone Creamery before and know how amazingly delicious everything is there. Then, there’s no need to try and convince you to order one of Cold Stone’s Signature Creations like the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous (strawberry ice cream, graham cracker crust, white chocolate chips, strawberries and banana) or the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (chocolate ice cream, peanut butter, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and fudge). You might as well just kick yourself afterwards for the 5 lbs. you are guaranteed to gain from this one! It is huge! (no, I didn’t get one, the guy in front of me did — really!!) You can also have a little fun and make up your own concoction like me, the «Cherry Surprise» (sweet cream ice cream with cherry pie filling and almonds) Don’t laugh, this just may be their next «Signature Creation»!!
I like this location for several reason’s: it’s always immaculate, there are tables to sit and eat, the staff are very nice and they are always in tune when they sing that stupid little song whenever they get a tip. For the best reason of all, my daughter’s babysitter works there (no explanation needed)!!
This isn’t advertised but you can also order a Kid Creation (smallest cup size) which includes 1 mix in for $ 2.25, for those of you who don’t want to feel as guilty afterwards. Speaking of guilt, there are also these unbelievable «Signature Cakes» in a display case as soon as you walk in, just waiting for you to pick one out to take home. So, the diet starts tomorrow — stop by this Cold Stone Creamery, lines and all. You may even see «Cherry Surprise» on the board as their newest creation! (You never know!!)
