Tom, the owner, actually got up on our roof and worked with his crew. The job was done very professionally, they put down protection for our bushes and flowers, they left the site as clean as they found it. At the end there was even a guy going around with a metal detector or something to check for possible roofing nails that might have been left behind in the grass. We had several offers and they were very competitive, and after seeing how professional they were, I don’t think you can find better. Tom gave us the options and wasn’t pushing replacing, he actually said he can fix it, but we got a whole new roof for peace of mind. He put everything in writing down to the last penny, there were no surprises.
