Our Siberian Husky was transformed from a ruffian to a king by groomer Marianne !
We immediately booked another appointment for our German Shepherd.

Very expensive for their services that are no different from any other place. I was charged $ 95 from my 7 lb Lhasa apsa.
They didn’t seem to care if they lost my business. Won’t use or recommend.

First off once I made an appointment they didn’t have it in the book so I had to wait another week so no biggie the next time I had a groomer come outside the company she loves close to me so she could keep all the money she did terrible she cut my dog before and did an ok job she asked was my dog sick because she kept biting her my dog doesn’t bite for no reason God knows what she did to her and she muzzled her she did a half ass job tail was nappy and hair was uneven said she would come back the next day and finish then I called she said she was too far and would come Wednesday so I went and spent 70 dollars of calming things pills collar etc. Then she told me to give my dog benadryl big NO NO so when I went to call her back she had the nerve to block my number robbed me for my money 50 dollars and I had to pay another 50 to get her fixed up I will be returning all the calming things at the pet store but if u do use Aussie do not get REAGAN to groom got dog #maddogmom wish I could give this no stars

DO NOT trust these people with your dog. I have an older long haired dog with arthritis. I was very clear on the phone that I needed someone who was comfortable with long haired dogs and could be fairly quick so that she wasn’t in pain for standing all day. 4 hours later the woman brought my dog inside with a HACK JOB of a hair cut. Not only was she basically shaved !!! But it was horrible. There were random tufts of hair that were way longer than the others. She didn’t even round her feet. After spending hundreds of dollars keeping her coat long & healthy this lady destroyed it in a few hours.
I can not say enough about what a bad job this woman did. When I pointed out the straggly long pieces of hair she said she didn’t notice then and would take her back out. My dog was scared to death and didn’t wanna go back in the van! I went out with them this time and watched. The lady started hacking away with the clippers and my dog was whimpering! I finally told her to stop and asked her if she noticed how uncomfortable my dog was… She was a total novice!
I paid her and she left after she made excuses about mostly doing cats and that my dog was just too much work… Afterwards I noticed an open wound around my dogs rear end. It was about four inches long and one or two inches wide. Looked like a burn! I treated it for a week & she is now permanently scared.
Please do not trust this business. I would have had no problem if she showed up, saw my dog, and said I’m not prepared or she’s too much work. That’s what a professional would have done. But she just wanted the money I guess and keep hacking away at the expense of my girl.
I did call the manager who set up the appointment and he completely refunded me. He was kind of rude about it though. Saying he’s never had a complaint about that helmet and making excuses. Which i found insulting. I don’t care why it happened. It shouldn’t have. He sent out another groomer to clean up my dog. The next day. She ordered me a discount !!! I told her no way am i paying to fix the mistake they made! She salvaged what hair was left and gave her a bathe since she smelled like she never even got one the day before. She did a great job cleaning her up and said she often has to clean up after the other girl and they get lots of complaints about her! So the manager is a liar and will say anything to get your business.
But nonetheless any one with a long haired dog knows how much time & money it takes to keep your dogs coat long & healthy and thanks to this business my dog was traumatized, sore, scared! And I had to tip 2 groomers and put my arthritic dog back on the table twice on one week.

I have 2 cats one with long hair the other short. When I made the appt I stated that the long hairs cat needed a lion cut and the other just a bath. When the groomer arrived we gave her the long haired cat a told her, here is the one you do a lion cut on. He looked fine when she brought him back– then she took the short haired cat into her van 30 minutes later she returned him shaved… Who shaves a short haired cat. She then remembered that only one of my cats should be shaved apologized and have me 20 off. Really? I will never have them groom my cats again. That mistake cost that company $$.

Edit: I’ve decided to not use this company any longer due to scheduling issues. Was not happy the last time and they did not seem remorseful about.
I LOVE Aussie Mobile Pet Groomers!!! Hands down-they’re the best in town! I’m shocked that there are no reviews for them. I actually stumbled upon them online and have used them this past year.
Ken (owner?) is always delightful to talk to and always tries to accommodate you. He NEVER tries to sell you services or give you a fuss even if your pet is long overdue on grooming services.
He called 45 mins ahead of my scheduled appointment time today– just tell me that the groomer would be a little late and apologized?
All in all, my lovely Malti-​poo is LOVING her new look! I HIGHLY recommend these folks!
