Many years in the making, Parran wanted to bring to the Southern Maryland communities, St Marys, Calvert and Charles Counties, Quality, Fair Price and higher expectations. Parran encourages price shopping. He believes in telling people the truth about their flooring and why something won’t work for them. He also holds his installers and manufacturers to higher standards expecting the best of both the installation practices and the quality of the material. Parran believes in treating people the way he wants to be treated and selling product that he would put in his own home.

Business Owner
Parran W the owner/operator has been in the flooring industry for over 31 years. He started out as an installer, mastering the craft and then moved into the showroom to learn sales and management. Treating people the way he wants to be treated is how he was raised and he wanted to continue those ideals with his own business setting up his first store in 2006. He moved the store to the current location in 2008 and has continued to offer the community of Southern Maryland, honest, fair priced and high standards just as he first set out to do in 2006.
