This is a great little coffee shop in downtown Leonardtown. The manager of this shop is super friendly, and although I’m not from around here, she always remembers me when I’m in town and come in during my visits to see my family. I’ve never been unsatisfied with an order here. They are kind of known for the 20 Below, which is a really great frozen hot chocolate drink. I love that drink, but I’m trying to cut down on sugars, so I’ve been getting a were sugar blended mocha with sugar free caramel. And that’s a great choice if you are trying to be more health conscious(especially with skim milk). Their chai here is also really good! It’s a small shop, with a small menu, but for people like me who take forever to figure out what they want with all the fancy drinks that most coffee shops have now, this is perfect!

Stopped in for coffee and a bite. I tried the Cuban Panini with Sierra. It was tasty and large enough to share with the coffee. Loved the atmosphere

This place is cute, I’ve been there once for lunch and once for hot chocolate. The lunch menu is small but the flat bread thing I had was pretty good and the hot chocolate was great. Everyone is very personable. They also have a Rock Em Sock Em Robots game in the corner that is highly biased toward the blue robot, so if you happen to know this and you happen to take a date there you can convince your date that you’re exceptionally good at Rock Em Sock Em Robots. I’m aware of the speakeasy in the back of this place but I’ve only glimpsed it, I intend to check that out at some point.

My favorite place to stop when I am in Leonardtown. I really do make it a habit. The staff is always friendly and nice, and my son loves to run over and play with the toys they have in the corner. I often order a vanilla latte with a raspberry and white chocolate scone(and by often, I mean EVERYTIME I go). The food that I have ordered has always been good too, I am usually there around breakfast time and if I am sitting down I split a breakfast casserole with my son.

I have to admit I went to the coffee shop one morning over the summer and thought, this is ok but never returned. I was lucky enough to receive a gift certificate for drinks and appetizers for the speakeasy and went with my husband and we loved it. One of the only places here where you can actually get a «cocktail», not just a drink. The bartender was awesome, drinks were great. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a fun little place to hangout in Leonard Town. Make sure you call and make reservations for the Speakeasy or you might get turned away at the door. It only seats 30 people. If you wear a panama hat, you get a discount on your first drink, and if you decide to sit cozy up next to the fire outside, you can get stuff to make smores. The staff is great too. Heather and Claire are always cheerful and über nice… And yes, Claire’s accent is an authentic Australian accent.

I went on a weekday morning for an event with some local moms. The store is small and a bit cramped, but clean and well organized. There is only one bathroom with no changing table(probably not a problem when it’s a speakeasy). Boo. I ordered an iced coffee. It took a while for it to be prepared, and several others were waiting too. They had some trouble with the large volume from our event, but all employees were friendly and welcoming. The coffee was very good. Such a nice local alternative to the big coffee shops!

This is a hidden treasure; literally. It’s in the back of a coffee shop(it’s a coffee shop and bar(at night only). I think it’s a great date spot. It’s very intimate and only seats about 20 – 25 people, so please make a reservation. The theme of this cozy place mimics the prohibition times; hence the name speakeasy and the reason you have to say a secret password to get in. The service was good, the drinks were delicious. Please make sure you try the hissy fit dip; it was a little greasy, but very tasty. They even have a wall that you can take a picture as if you are a criminal partaking in libations, lol. One of the house rules was to give your cellphone a rest… in other words, have a real conversation(face to face). I thought that was a great suggestion. This is more of a bar setting(drinks and heavy appetizers) so I would come here if I wanted a light dinner(heavy appetizers) or after dinner for the drinks and atmosphere. And lastly, don’t forget to wear a Fedora; you get half off on your first drink.

In town for a wedding. This place was perfect the morning after. The staff was nice and service was quick. The coffee was good and came with a free tasty small blueberry muffin which was a nice extra touch. The speakeasy part was nice to check out I’ll have to come in for that part next time I’m back in town.

This place is a great venue to grab drinks, snacks and relax. The drinks are truly craft cocktails. They are so unique and reasonably priced. The place is small so consider reservations. You’ll get the password when you book. All that’s left to do is enjoy the evening. Do try the«hissy fit dip» it is delicious! Definitely going back. Great service too!
