These guys are amazing!!! Got into a car accident this morning and they were super helpful every step of the way! Car was towed and they not only gave me a ride back to the tow company, they drove me home when enterprise failed me! They offered me coffee and made me feel right at home and calm during a very stressful time. I was surprised to receive such great customer service from a towing company. Really, I can’t recommend them enough — use them if you can. You won’t regret it!

Service 2÷20÷15. Can’t recall the woman on the line but she was very sweet and helpful during a stressful morning when all other towing companies were busy with winter-​weather related problems. No one would even commit to a tow for the duration of the WHOLE DAY. Only these guys, out of five competitors that I called, squeezed me into their busy schedule. Got to me within 30 minutes of having called them. Very reasonable price too.

Scam artists. ZERO STARS! Beware! They have a contract with the Mass State Police, so beware before letting the police call you a tow. My car broke down on route 190 S mile maker 8. State cop called in a tow because he said I had to get it off the highway within 45 minutes and while I had Progressive it would be faster. I would be reimbursed. The tow worker told me $ 90 to get it on the rig and $ 3 a mile. When he realized I wanted it taken to a garage less than a mile (making my charge $ 93)he then changed the pricing to include his ROUND TRIP cost from Leominster! He charged me $ 174.60 to go less than one mile! He knew he had me over a barrel. It was –1° before the windchill. Since I was only planning on driving my husband to work and back, I was wearing PJ bottoms, a sweatshirt and wrapped a blanket around me I found in my car. Have I mentioned I’m a women, so he thought he could scam me. The cops were called back. I got the car to the garage, but still had to pay the $ 174.60 or they were going to impound my car. Filing with the BBB and will let Progressive fight the bill. My only advice for Worcester MA residents is if the State Police is calling for a tow, refuse Quality Towing.
