Michael’s has everything you’d ever need and their framing department does a great job. I would give more stars but… There are NEVER EVER enough cashiers or sales associates.

Virtually no problems at all with this Michael’s. My only complaint is that I have a hard time finding what I’m looking for because some of their signs are not properly matched to the aisles, but a sales associate let me know that it’s because they’ve been moving things around. As long as they make sure to move the signs to their proper locations once the reface is complete, I’m happy.

Westminster, MA
There are not enough sales associates and cashiers on the floor. Management is pathetic. Telling paying customers they are not welcome to shop in their store. Also same manager playing with her cell phone on the sales floor. This place disgusts me. So does the management team. They deserve to be fired!

I absolutely LOVE this store… it has a huge selection of products… although lately they seem to not be stocking the shelves as often as they should.

Marlborough, MA
This is the biggest Michaels in the area. I’ve been to the Natick store, and the Shrewsbury store, this is the only one to go to. It’s 3 times the size and has so much more product. It may be a little farther but well worth the trip.
