VIP Limousine Service

This had to be one of the more unprofessionally run businesses in the area. First, the limo was not properly stocked with glasses. Next, the limo had no power steering which made the circle driveway turns quite a challenge for our driver. We went over 2.5 hours but were charged for 3 hours — apparently this company follows the rules of mathematics and rounds up to estimate costs. Last, the driver failed to return my credit card. When I asked to have the card mailed or returned to me I was told to drive and get it myself. The drive would have been around an hour for me. The staff in the office chose to take turns getting on the phone to deny my request; however, would not let me speak to a manager. I was told this is not a management issue. As an executive manager myself, I have to ask since when is customer satisfaction not a management issue? My advice — there are several other Limo companies in the area that actually care about their customers and their company reputation.

We reserved a Hummerzine for us and our wedding party and a 300 C Limo for my parents and family for our wedding day.
VIP was great. the service was friendly and i only had a few small complaints … which is why i am giving them 4 and ½ stars instead of 5.
We had requested and were told we were have a black limo — and ended up with a white one. which was not heart breaking to me. no big deal. just don’t PROMISE something. The big complaint i had was that my parents limo (the 300) had apparently been «vandalized» the night before. the party that was in there broke the radio and had damaged one of the air vents. i realize that there was probably nothing they could have done about this but it was annoying nonetheless. Espcially since it was in August and HOT. i think we could have at least gotten some sort of a discount or they could have sent a different car and explained why.
