History

Established in 1984.

A family owned business beginning in Mount Clemens, Michigan Satisfaction Limousines has set many records and hit many milestones since opening their doors. In the early 1990’s Satisfaction moved to Lenox Twp to be able to stretch their legs and grow their fleet in addition to build a facility to house and maintain their vehicles in doors; this is still the current location today. Since then Satisfaction has made bold statements in their actions within the industry. Being the first to market black limousines for common use and not just for funerals (or the president), introduce stretch SUV’s, red limousines & luxury coaches are just a few feast Satisfaction has conquered.

I go by Robby and have been involved in Satisfaction Limousines since 1984. Currently I work in the office as a general & marketing manager in addition to chauffeur on weekends. I’m very proud of my company and would like to see it continue to grow and expand in unique ways only the livery business can live up to!

HAd a terrible experience with this company. The initial employee I spoke with anthony was very nice and helpful. He was able to obtain a limo for me on short notice and at a good price. When he sent me the paperwork to obtain the limo, there was a section noting how much of the bill I wanted to pay on my card. I usually use my card for eveything to get more points so I planned to pay the entire bill in this manner. Unfortunately the quoted price was with tip included and on the form it stated «tips in cash only». To clarify how much the tip was and how much of the bill was for the remainder of the service, I called the company. Thats when I met a Jerk named Natasa. Not only was she belittling, but she was also rude. She acted as if my questions were ridiculous and when I clearly stated that the information I was told and that which was on the form was different, She could care less. Anyways based on this i decided to get another limo from a different provider. THATS WHEN NATASA called me, left a 40 second voicemail taunting me, and then sent me an email stating that «I shouldn’t hide behind emails, and if I had a complaint I should call her». Unbelievable. Based on this I would never call, email, or use satisfaction limousine ever.

I was never lucky enough to use satisfaction limousine service but I have a positive experience with them id like to share
I rented a party bus and unfortunately for me, my plans fell through 24 hours after I placed the deposit for the bus.
I was completely convinced that I had lost my deposit. However, satisfaction limousine was generous enough to return my deposit in full.
Now you may or may not believe Gov Romney when he said «corporations are people too» but one thing is for certain. Small business IS people and Satisfaction limousine provided an excellent case and point of that to me and will to you too if you decide to conduct business with them.

When proposing to my girlfriend I hired Satisfaction Limousines to really make the evening special — they were fantastic! The limo was clean and elegant. Our Chauffeur Don S. was polite and on-time. We are getting married soon and going with satisfaction again!

I’ve taken both a party bus and a limousine with this company.
Both experiences were great; the drivers are total gentlemen, the car and bus were spotless, and all the extras (good stereo, clean champagne glasses, great lighting, etc.) made both nights wonderful.
Also, taking a car out is way more affordable than I realized. If I can get a group of six or more we drink in the limo, split the cost and just pop in at clubs and bars of our choosing. Way cheaper than hanging in one club all night paying through the teeth for drinks.
I can’t wait for my next chance to hire them again!

This company was AWESOME!
My friends and I booked a 30 passenger party bus for a pub crawl and had such a good time. Not only were they the cheapest, but they were so accommodating.
Our driver showed up and went over the «rules» for the night (no puking, no fighting, no smoking, etc.). After that, I rarely heard a peep out of Bill the whole night. When we returned to the bus from our first bar, there were cookies out and the bus was clean. This carried on throughout the night even as people got more rowdy and obnoxious.
