My name is Sonya Bykofsky, and I have been working in the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork since 1992. My resume includes Canyon Ranch Spa and Kripalu Holistic Health Center. I now work exclusively from my in-​home office in Lenox, MA. While I am trained in a variety of modalities, I consider my specialties: deep tissue massage, and positional release therapy (a fast, easy way to release chronically tight muscles. My name is Sonya Bykofsky, and I have been working in the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork since 1992. My resume includes Canyon Ranch Spa and Kripalu Holistic Health Center. I now work exclusively from my in-​home office in Lenox, MA. While I am trained in many modalities, my goal is to individualize each session to meet your personal needs. For some people, that’s just to relax. For others, it’s to address ongoing medical issues, or to deal with a recent injury. What we do in session will depend on your goal. I am able to incorporate many different modalities into a session, as needed. Each appointment you have with me will start with a discussion around what you’d like to accomplish… how you’d like to feel.
