(To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers is to provide high quality, customer-​friendly primary care and related services to all residents of South Los Angeles, especially those who are underserved. T.H.E. provides a one stop haven for a wide range of services — including medical health services for men, women, children and teens, as well as public health and preventive education services — all designed to treat the «whole» person – body, mind, and spirit. History

Established in 1974.

For more than four decades, T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers has been improving the well-​being of in-​need, underserved communities in Los Angeles by providing access to high-​quality healthcare and preventive education for all, regardless of ability to pay, while being mindful of the diverse cultural, social and economic factors that make up the foundation of the community.

More than 18,000 patients strong, we accomplish this with a talented medical team, and by developing personal relationships with our patients, offering a comprehensive array of healthcare services, and encouraging and educating the community to take a proactive role in developing healthier lifestyles for themselves, their families and for future generations to come

Clifford Shiepe, MBA

Clifford Shiepe is President and CEO of T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers, a federally qualified health center serving over 18,000 underserved patients in six service sites throughout South and West Los Angeles. Mr. Shiepe is a broad based, seasoned healthcare executive with senior level management experience with hospitals, medical group clinics, health systems, and managed care companies.

He has provided four decades of transformational leadership for improving America’s healthcare system.
