«Ventanita» means little window in Spanish. Thats what this place is-​a little window where you can buy Mexican food. So, get your tacos & tortas to go because the parking lot is small & tight. Theres a «carnicería» or butcher shop right next door, which leads me to infer that they get their ingredients fresh from them!
