Awesome employees that helped me buy my first pair of real cowboy boots. They were super informative about how the boots should fit an sizing. You can order boots in different sizes that they will ship to you or free. I got a really cute pair of boots for a good price! I will definitely return next time I am in Kansas City!

I hate country music, I don’t line dance, I wear cowboy boots only sometimes depending on if it looks alright with the rest of my outfit — but if I did do all these things for the love of the West, I would shop at Sheplers. I refuse to mark this store down because of style or background differences — that would be closed-minded of me. It had all the makings of an excellent source of Western wear and at good prices: Mens cowboy boots: $ 49 — $ 149 Womens cowboy boots: $ 49 — $ 99 Children’s cowboy boots: $ 30 — $ 44 They had every kind of cowboy hat I could think of(and the only one I even knew by name before walking in was a Stetson hat). The clothing was… Western, fringe and all — BUT, if that’s your style, you can rock it at Sheplers! There was only one checkout man on duty, and he looked like a cowboy — greeted my like a gentleman, that sort of thing. I happened to be wearing my cowboy boots the day I passed by this place, never having been aware of its existence before(what are the odds?)! I think they could probably tell pretty easy the boots I had on weren’t the ‘real’ thing though. The products are quality, the selection is huge — I can’t knock it for anything other than being a fabulous Western store!
