Hard to get much worse. They sell windows that leak and do not stand behind them. I have a house full of leaking windows and even after they wrongly denied me warranty replacement I attempted multiple times to purchase new windows and they refuse to follow up with me even when I am willing to pay for windows that should be free. You tell me how it could be any worse than that. It would cost me at least $ 50K to replace all of these leaking pieces of junk. Terrible windows and terrible service. Stay away from Pella!
