Paul Davis restoration did a really good job coming out when our basement flooded. They were quick and very certious. I would recommend them to anyone

Do not use this company! They scheduled my work 3 weeks out. Then started a day late and never ordered my carpet. It took their team an extra 4 days to finish the job and are now trying to charge me 2 grand on top of the quote. Unbelievable! On top of all this they scheduled a number of appointments which they blew off and I caught them using my broom and vacuum to clean up.

I had a small fire a number of years ago and had work done by PDR. they were great to work with at the time. Unfortunately once they were paid they didn’t stand behind the work as promised by the Job Supervisor. The outside of the house was repainted. I was very hands on through the process, I visited or was on site every day. When they were painting I became concerned when they scraped and power washed only, to prep for paint. The day they started painting I asked if it would be better to prime the bare wood. I was told the paint had the primer in it. Really? fast forward 3 years and the paint is falling off in pieces, some up to a square foot. I call and request a visit to address it. Very fast to show up, till they saw the problem. had multiple PDR people say it needed to be done again. I was persistent and had no real cooperation. I kept calling and eventually they sent a contractor out. he looked and said it was obvious that it had indeed not been done right. A couple weeks came and went with no plan for the work. I kept calling and eventually got a call back saying they were not going to do anything about it. the original job supervisor did not work there any more and PDR could not be held responsible for what he told me. I would never use this PDR again, Jeff hung me out to dry on a $ 1650.00 paint job. I had to pay to fix their work.

Hopefully ending the saga of the overflowed 2^nd floor toilet in our house, the last lag on this tour was Paul Davis Restorations. Our insurance agent (State Farm) said they were one of the pre-​approved contractors who they would be able to contact and send out without needing any other approval. So initially to save time and hassle, we agreed to have Paul Davis Restorations come look at the damage to our first floor ceiling. First, they were prompt in getting ahold of me. We were able to arrange a visit fairly quickly. When the time came, the Paul Davis representative (Billy) came to our house with the contractor (Ben). They looked at the damage and gave us the lowdown on what would be needed to patch the ceiling. The work would also involve painting much of our great room walls. We set the arrangements for Ben to return the next day and start work. He started on Tuesday and by Friday evening, we had a fully repaired, newly blown ceiling with all painting completed and furniture ready to be moved back. Ben was timely, meticulous, efficient and a joy to work with. He worked with us on giving us access to areas of our kitchen that we needed after he had applied the blown spackling to the ceiling. He was also very good at cleaning up after the job was done. Billy had highly recommended him, and we clearly can see why. My wife and I are very, very pleased with the work that was done and the time it was completed. Our highest recommendation!
