I was hesitant to try this location because of the bad reviews, but my dine-in breakfast experience was A-OK. The counter service was courteous, professional, and speedy. My order was ready just as my change was dropped into my hand. The food tasted great, and the dining area was nice, and clean.

It’s ok as far as McDonalds goes. There really isnt much in the way of food in Lenexa so I end up eating here a couple times a month.

I read the only review posted before I went in to this location, and yet, I still decided to give it a try. After all, it was lunch time(not after dinner time). I wonder, do any of these fast food joints replace the toilet seat when they remodel? I swear — the place looks fantastic on the inside, but visit the ladies room, and the toilet seat looks like a Mack truck rolled over it, and it’s not dirt or pee or whatever! It’s just worn and nasty looking. Aside from the gross toilet seat, I asked an employee before ordering or sitting down, where an outlet was to plug in my laptop. She showed me, and let’s just say I was completely flabbergasted! There were some very lovely and spacious round tables in a little cubby area, and the ONLY outlet was above one of the tables, ONTHECEILING. Yes, the ceiling! Aside from the fact that none of these places offering free Wi-Fi seem to have an accessible outlet for customers to use, putting the only outlet that could be used by a customer on the ceiling is downright idiotic. What’s even dumber? The employee showing it to me, and thinking it would be an option. How am I supposed to get up to that 11-foot ceiling to plug my power cord in, anyway??? Aim and jump? Absurd. I wish I could start an — [If you offer free Wi-Fi you must provide power outlets as well] movement!

This location SUCKS. Went in with my family at 8:30PM on Sunday, March 14. The staff was obviously more worried about getting out of the place then trying to make money for the store. The one male that I saw was busy mopping the floor directly behind the counter. There was one female that seemed to be working drive-thru(one car) and another that appeared to be cleaning up the«kitchen» area. There was a gentleman at the counter patiently awaiting his food(he had already filled his drink cups). After 5 minutes of watching with no service or acknowledgment that we were even there we left. Whoever owns this store needs to get off their butt and see how their employees are screwing them over. Pay with no income means shutting the doors.
