For over fifteen years, Frank Lafferty has been providing legal advice and counsel to injured workers and those injured by the negligence of others. His practice focuses on all stages of the workers’ compensation process. Frank litigates a broad range of work injury-related issues, including original claim filings, fighting for injured workers’ rights by making sure they are protected when an insurance company tries to suspend, modify or terminate benefits, and negotiating settlements through the mediation process. He also has represented injured workers before the Workers Compensation Appeal Board, The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Frank has resolved numerous lump settlements exceeding six figure settlements through negotiation utilizing both the voluntary and the mandatory mediation program in the workers’ compensation process to secure settlements over $ 100,000.00, and verdicts approaching $ 500,000.00
