Disappointed!
We contacted Anasinski Cleaning based on their 5 star Unilocal rating.
Met with Andy and was given a quote to do a «move out» cleaning for our 90 year old parents who sold the home they’ve lived in for the past 45 years.
We were given a tentative date that Anasinski Cleaning would come back and clean, but had been asked to call Andy later when he had his calendar in front of him. At that point we thought we were all set — until we tried to actually schedule a firm whole house cleaning date.
For the next 8 days either we reached a voice mail or were asked to call back when Andy had his calendar handy.
Time was very much against us now; the closing on our parents home was just 1 week away and we still didn’t have a firm house cleaning date set. We left a final voice message advising Anasinski Cleaning that we wont be needing their services.
We’re thinking Anasinski Cleaning must be overwhelmed. Hopefully for their sake they improve in the future.

Fantastic Service. Needed the windows cleaned and lucked into finding Anasinski Cleaning. I sent the information through the company website and my call was promptly returned the next morning. We set up an appointment time that was convenient to my schedule. The owner was on time and we walked through the scope of the work. The pricing was reviewed and it was exactly what I had expected.
Andy and his crew did a fantastic job. They ran into an unexpected issue with one of my windows. Andy told me he could try a temporary fix, but needed some materials which I happened to have in my workroom. He fixed the issue (better and quicker then me). This was above and beyond.
I was extremely pleased with everything. They were professional, respectful of my house, and walked through everything again before presenting the bill. I was very happy with the work.
The icing on the whole job was that Andy (the owner) offered to come back and touch anything up if we noticed it was missed. That is exceptional service. I highly recommend Anasinski Cleaning.
