Superior Smog & Tune

I have only been here twice since my grandfather has been here many times. The first time it was my engine and all that jazz. They are a pretty good price plus the one year warranty. Now I’m getting my water pump fixed which is about 300 dollars since I have the warranty.

Been coming here for years and they never disappoint. They are very honest people who do a great job. I have NEVER walked away from there and found the same work done better or cheaper anywhere else. After my dealer quoted me the brake «sales special» for $ 225 each side, I called Superior Smog & Tune immediately for a comparison. They charge $ 180 each side (front and back axels), saving me instantly $ 90! Service is quick and dependable.

I have been going here for the past 5 years since I moved back to San Diego. This place was recommmended by a friend when I needed my car fixed and surely it has been the a place where I can have peace of mind after my car is fixed or smogged even if now I live in the South Bay area… the trip there is worth it. The owner and his family and employees are super nice and compassionate and they do the best in helping the clients to feel welcome and get the best deal. the athmosphere is happy and the establishment is kept clean, which also speaks very good of how they do their work. They are honest and they wont try to rip you off in order to make extra money. I am truly thankful with this place and for all they did to help me today. God bless them all!

Great costumer service. Went in to get the mud guard on my car fixed, guys were very friendly. Gave me a rough estimate which wasn’t bad at all. They lifted the car and got it fixed in just about 10 min free of charge. Real honest people. Awesome! Thanks guys!

I’ve been trying to get a sensor changed out on my g37 for weeks and no one could change it out. I’ve been to exhaust shops and import shops. Nobody could get it out. I mean NOOOOOOBODY. So I said ill take it down to my mechanics and see what they say. Plus I had to get my smog done as well. Of course they had me on the lift in no time. It took alot but they got the old sensor out and my new one put on and got me smogged all for a GREAT PRICE. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

This is the worst shop in all of California. I will not only never suggest this shop to anyone, but I will go out of my way to warn people. Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere! I took a car there for a brake and light check and a smog check. After happily taking my money upfront, and the very slow service, they told me I needed to replace a cracked lens (tiny crack), and then come back for the certificate. After finally finding the lens myself (they were no help), I go back in and they tell me they are too busy to print out my certificate, and to come back later. Too busy to print out a piece of paper for an already paid customer!!! Who does that!!! this shop does. so if you value your time and/​or money. don’t waste it on this place.

Came back today to get my car fixed and they did an amazing job again. This time they were more in their time frame that was promised. I just love this shop!
