Precision Towing 2

My son was in an accident and his car was towed by Precision Towing… He was physically unable to retrieve his car and I (his father) live in NY. Precision Towing was very helpful and proactive in helping me get the car released to a body shop. I was called several times as we worked thru the needed paper work. This could have been a real nightmare, but Arde’s professionalism made it happen with the least amount of frustration. Thanks to Arde and the Precision towing team.

This place is a rip off! The employees are nice and hard working but the owner is a crook, and took advantage of my 20 yr old Daughter who is a student at Cal Poly. She bought a car from him. We took it on a test drive on the frwy and the car seemed ok. They towed the car to my apt bcuz it wasn’t registered, they said, and my Daughters boyfriend went to take it to get smogged and it didn’t even make it to the smog place. It broke down. He refused to give her her money back or even discuss it. This was my Daughters first car experience and she never even got to drive it once! She spent all the money she had saved up on this car $ 1700. It was very hard for her to save that money up she is a college student and has a lot of loans to pay back and she is doing it on her own and he took advantage of her. Worst place ever! NEVER buy a car from this guy!
