I visited the store during a recent trip to California. I spent the entire afternoon in the store and it will be the highlight of my trip. I found the store owners to be welcoming and very helpful. They have so many products to offer. I will always stop by if I’m ever in the area. They have so many beautiful card samples that anyone could find something to suit their preferences.

After finding this business online, I placed an order with payment. The website did not acknowledge receipt of the order, but an email from me requesting confirmation was answered promptly and I was initially satisfied. Unfortunately their service fell apart after that. My order was placed and paid for at the end of March. A number of weeks later most of the order arrived with a handwritten note explaining that an item was not currently in stock, but would be sent as soon as it came in. After waiting an additional month, I sent two polite emails over several days’ time, neither of which was answered, requesting a status update on the already-​paid-​for item. Next, I placed a phone call to the store and spoke with one of the owners. She promised to check up on the order and call me right back. She didn’t call back, but later did send an email saying they had made a mistake and forgot to order it. She noted that she would check with the manufacturer’s company and update me within two days. Never heard from them again! No refund for the missed item has been given! While I’m not out a lot of money, I will certainly not trust ordering from them again. It’s too bad. It seemed like a nice small venue to give my business to, but in my experience they proved very unreliable.

Interesting…I guess reviews do get business owners’ attention. One day after (noting the postmark on the package), posting the review above, my missing item was mailed to me. No note, or explanation, but at least I finally received the rest of my order.

Lots and lots of really cool stuff! The staff is really helpful and they know what they are talking about. Often, they are sitting down actually making something when you come in. I love the fact that I get great service from people who understand what I am doing and help me figure out how to get my project done.

If you like rubber stamps for making or embellishing cards, this is a really nice little store, chock full of stamps and all the supplies that go with them – papers, ink pads, stickers, pens, embossing powders, sample cards to inspire you, even 3-​D Tole papers. The have a Friday class every week that is only $ 5 and lots of other classes to learn techniques for $ 15 each. Your first class is even free! You can buy a card for 4 classes for $ 40 so then it is only $ 10 per class, including all supplies needed to make several cards. You get a discount on purchases on the day you take the class. The finished cards you take with you when you leave the class will have your family and friends in awe.
