Wish I could give zero stars. Called before I headed over and asked how much for a print out of my registration and they advised $ 29 dollars. When I show up the girl helping me with a bad attitude says its $ 49. Don’t waste your time here! I would rather sit at a DMV with all the crazy people than come to this place.

Very fast and professional. Tried to overcharge me but took the charges off when I questioned them about it. Conveniently located and always parking nearby. You will pay more than at the DMV. But they go to the DMV for you. If you have ever been to the DMV you know it is awful and it is great that this place helps out with that. Expect a line sometimes. Get there early if you are doing it on a Saturday.

Knowledgeable, cheerful, helpful. I have never been to an office for car registration etc where ppl are so amazing. Highly recommend visiting for auto paperwork. They are also opening an office in Pine Valley — appt only during weekdays. Absolutely fantastic experience. (Thank you again!)

Excellent service. These ladies were extremely friendly and courteous. Everything got taken care of in one trip thanks to them. Just make sure you have everything before you go there cause it just makes it easier for everyone. Thanks again ladies, you really made my day.

Why I gave this place 3 stars, quick, helpful and they’re actually willing to help you out. My family’s been coming here for years and recommended it to me. There was one girl in there who I guess was having a bad day, she handed me a paper with a lot of lines to fill out and said «fill out the lines». Ummm, ok which lines, she said fill out the lines two to three times before I said, hey they’re labeled so which ones. Besides her not getting coffee or whatever life drama she was having, this place is actually cool.

Ave been going here for 3 years now and still don’t have a single complaint. This year I decided to renew my registration online since I didn’t have to deal with smog. I ended up not receiving registration for both of my vehicles. Didn’t want to go to dmv and wait 3 hours for a number then wait longer to be helped. Went in here (like I should have in the first place) was in and out with tags and registration in 10 minutes. Customer service is awesome and they’re always eager to help. If you’re not sure about it, GO FOR IT! You will not be disappointed.

I just moved and changed my address which means I didn’t receive my registration renewal in the mail as per usual. I stopped in here to take care of it. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. They are also open earlier than most business offices, 830am. This definitely factored into my decision to come here. They had me in and out. No long wait at the DMV for this gal. I will happily pay a little extra to avoid that mess.
