Amazing! Austin came out to fix my flash drive on a holiday. I needed the information on the drive asap… all my work was on there! He saved my work! Above and beyond customer service! I am so grateful!!!

I’m very dissapointed about this service, Austin has kept my computer for more than 2 weeks after the date he said it was going to be ready; at this point I’m extremely upset and he’s not taking my phone calls or returning them either. He’s very unprofessional and I just want my laptop back, whether it’s fixed or not

After a bogus Security Bug which prevented me from using my entire laptop, I searched around on Unilocal to see if I could get it back in working order at a reasonable price. All the other shops were charging over $ 100 but then I called here and the guy (his name is Austin) only charges a flat rate of $ 60.
I took it to him so he could check it out and he initially promised that it would be available by the next morning but it took an additional day due to how busy he was. Due to rescheduling issues I initially wanted to give this place four stars but because Austin is such a nice guy and the fact that he did an outstanding job repairing my laptop at only $ 60, I’ll let it stand at five stars.
Austin is a great man and if you have any issues or if there is still a problem immediately after his repair, he’ll will fix it and get to the bottom of it at no additional cost.

Austin was great and reasonable. Our computer crashed with the San Diego blackout in Sept 2011, we had back up but he used his magic to fix other stuff we thought we lost. He has a nice personality too. We like him alot. We live in Lemon Grove so he did not have to go to far. We recommend him to everyone!

Austin really takes pride in his work. We hired him to fix hardware issues on two of our laptops (one of them was a keyboard issue, and one of them was non-​functional because it wouldn’t power up). His prices were reasonable, and even though it took a bit of time to complete because of complexities we ran into in each repair, he got the job done and did it well. Our laptops are doing much better after his sevice.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Their ad said most problems can be fixed for $ 60. What that means is the rate is $ 60/​hour and «your problem sounds like a 3 hour fix.» So I called to set up an appointment for them to come out to my house to fix my computer. Not only did they not show up he didn’t even give me a call. Then when I called them to see what was up they woouldn’t even pick up the phone. How do you stay in business? What a joke. Just give me a call and tell me your busy or something. They just left me hanging. Don’t even bother!!!

My desktop was infected with the Vista malware which took over all functions including the internet. Austin fixed it! He was really responsive and flexible with his schedule.
