K & S Automotive

I have been coming to k&s auto for many years because they are very close to home, but I will never make the same mistake again. They have the worst customer service that I have ever recieved. The front desk help is condescending and short and every time I called in to check up on my car (they said it would be a week but ended up being longer because of parts) they would be angry that I called and said that if I wanted to find the part for them (in a Condescending tone) he would fix it. I understand when you can’t get the part but that is not a reason to treat your customers like that.

We have taken our cars here multiple times after trying different mechanics and not being satisfied with their service. K S doesn’t try to find extra things wrong with our cars. They just fix the problem we take our cars in for. Once, after spending time looking at our car, they said there wasn’t anything wrong and they didn’t even charge us.

Took my truck into K&S to have AC looked at. My previous mechanic put their hand in front of the vent and said feels cold to me. Took it to the previous mechanic twice and they could not find a problem. Went for 4^th of July weekend trip out of town and it failed me. Burned up the whole trip. Gave up on other mechanic and took it to K&S. They called back about an hour later and said the AC was failing and would not hold up under pressure and had to be replaced. They had it done the next day. Unfortunately the other previous mechanic made the 4^th of July trip (4 Hours each way) miserable but now I know where I stand with them. I just wanted it done right the first time and K&S did just that. I will not be going back to Granny’s Automotive in American Fork. They have let me down too many times and I will not be going back to them. Thanks K&S.

Great mechanics. Great Service. They give it to you straight and don’t jerk you around. I’ve taken my car several times and have been pleased with the timely service and reasonable prices.
