Ana behind the counter was very pleasant and efficient. She even let us in a few minutes before the store officially opened to get in out of the cold. From the other reviews, it sounds like if you get Jerry you should run away, but Ana was the best!

Nothing like dealing with this guy Jerry. A low quality experience in every way.
I came in this afternoon at 4:45 to drop a package which was an Amazon shipping mistake delivered earlier in the day. Jerry starts putting a sloppy and low-​quality tape job around the box — and I’m thinking, «geez, who can’t handle doing a decent job with tape?»
After getting through molesting my package with a bulk of tape that I don’t believe will hold up to shipping anyway, he walks over and rings me up for $ 7.95. Yes, he charged me eight bucks to do a sh**ty job putting tape on a box for 60 seconds. He didn’t ask first. I’ve never been charged for tape before in the many, many times I’ve shipped (albeit with other employees there).
What a low quality experience. Next time, I’ll try driving a few extra miles to the other one for my package returns.

Just went by here to send a fax, was greeted by a grumpy old man named Jerry. I asked him if he could send a fax. He said yes and started walking away with my paperwork. I asked him if he wanted the number, he said «well isn’t this it». And pointed at a number on the paperwork that said «From Alan: 540−742−99 $#. I said no and pointed out the to: number and the bottom of the page. He sends the fax and turns and says $ 10.52 please. DAMNNNN!!! I know they need to make money but more than a dollar a page??? When I question grumpy old man Jerry he says «well let me tell you something, I’ve been doing this for a long time and we have never raised the cost.» Well that makes it better!!! Screw respect your elders, old man Jerry needs to retire or learn how to talk to customers. Also the price of a fax should be posted or stated before sent!!!

Had to ship a book, prepaid… I walked in and needed tape and a receipt… the woman behind the counter was efficient, nice, and didn’t charge for taping the box. I’ll be back, for sure!

I came in the store right after 9am and I was having a great day but everything gone down the pipe at 9:07 am. I won’t even give this place a one star. Very poor customer service. The old man Jerry is a one nasty employee that you don’t want to deal with. He’s very arrogant, mean and rude! I contacted the UPS customer service right after my visit and reported my disturbing experience. Hopefully they’ll do something about it.

RC is very helpful and knowledgable. I have had 100s of manuals printed here and she is always prompt in completing them and having them arrive on time. I have made last minute changes and she still came through. My go to spot for all my manuals to have printed and bound and shipped.

I went in to send a package, I know it’s a ups store but they send USPS too. So I went in and asked to send a package USPS (I ship using ups frequently, too). The young lady working asked if I realized that this isn’t a post office and was very rude. She tried to charge me $ 14 to send something first class. I asked if she was kissing, and walked out. I went to the post office and sent the package, first class, for $ 3.14. I have shipped here before, but after that experience, I am not going back. I miss my shipping guy in broadlands.

Good spot if you need to ship something via UPS in a hurry and don’t have time to go to Ashburn location. The employees are always friendly except for Jerry who said he was the owner.
