Have great difficulty getting them to return calls, repeatedly. Called on a Monday because our lawn is so out of control, 4 times so they would call back to get us to stop calling, they said they were busy from the rain, but would be here Wednesday or Thursday. No Wednesday, no Thursday, thought for sure Friday… no show Friday either and now lawn is very out of control. Began calling Saturday morning for explanation, and they said they no longer want anymore business, too busy. Totally screwed us over and now it will cost us a premium to get lawn under control ;0(They couldn’t be honest a couple weeks ago instead of just not showing up? Would give 0 stars if it were an option

This is the poorest lawn care I have ever had. They were prepaid and did not fulfill their 3-​month obligation and did not return my refund. They ripped my pool screen with their weed wacker and never fixed it even after I asked weeks on end. Customer service is even worse than the work they do and highly unprofessional.
