Our Menu features 160 items, including appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, chicken, fish, steaks, pasta, and a large assortment of high-end egg and crêpe dishes which are available all day long. Our specialty, Eggs Benedict, is offered in over a dozen different ways. We use only authentic recipes and ingredients, freshly prepared and attractively presented.
History

Eggspectation Restaurants — Much More Than Eggs — is one of America’s most innovative upscale casual dining restaurant companies. It was founded in 1993 in Montréal, Canada as a breakfast, lunch and brunch strategy. The concept was expanded in 2002 when the first U.S. location opened in Ellicott City, Maryland which included an expansive dinner menu and full service coffee and beverage bar.

Business Owner
Mike has 30 plus years of experience in operating restaurants all over the Greater Wash DC /Baltimore metropolitan area for companies such as TGI Friday’s as a General Manager and Outback Steakhouse as a Managing Partner. He joined the Eggspectation team in November of 2005 in Silver Spring, MD. He became the Proprietor of the Ellicott City, MD Eggspectation in 2006 and operated that restaurant for 5 years. He opened the Leesburg location as the Proprietor in March of 2011. He remains committed to providing customers in Leesburg and surrounding Loudoun County with high quality, casual dining experiences.
