Designer Goldsmiths is a custom jewelry store specializing in one of a kind creative pieces in gold, silver and platinum.

We have an in-​house bench jeweler to help you with all your repairs including watch batteries.

If you want something special that you won’t find in the mall then come on in. We are located on the lower level of Market Station in Downtown Leesburg.

History

Established in 1979.

We are the second owner of this independently owned jeweler. Our friend Les Thompson started the store and we took over the store almost 5 years ago. Jolanda — the jewelry designer and master jeweler, has been an artist for over 25 years and a jeweler for over 20 years.

Her works are mostly one of a kind handmade pieces in gold, silver or platinum. Much of her work is inspired by nature, the sea, and flowers.

Description

A little about the artist

Jolanda is a master goldsmith and a classically trained artist. She received a degree in painting and drawing before she apprenticed with Greek jewelry designer Nikos Michalopoulos where she fell in love with jewelry and metal work.

Her work is inspired by nature and is considered wearable art. Most of her pieces are one of a kind designs. She incorporates a mix of metals and stones to make her unique jewelry.
