Our law firm has been providing high quality legal services to clients since 1993. In 2015, our name changed to Biberaj Snow & Sinclair, PC, but our philosophy remained the same: to use our education, experience and dedication to protect our clients’ rights and interests. Our counseling and advocacy style continue to outmatch larger firms because we do not process clients; rather, we build long standing relationships by providing personal, effective legal services

Business Owner

Matthew Snow is a partner of the firm, and has been a lawyer in Leesburg and Loudoun County since 2000. Matt’s practice focuses on the areas of domestic relations /​family law (child custody, visitation, divorce), criminal defense, DUI/​DWI, juvenile law, estate planning and civil law. He is a six time selection to Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine ‘Rising Stars,’ an annual listing of top young lawyers under 40 in Virginia.
