Established in 2003.

I am retired from the prosecutor’s office after 17 years of trying some of the most complex and high profile cases. I have tried over 170 jury trials. I have tried over 85 murder cases. I have tried the following types of cases: assault, burglary, stealing, fraud, driving while intoxicated, robbery, rape, murder, manslaughter, drug offenses, kidnapping, traffic offenses. Prior to that I was a public defender for over six years. I experienced with expert testimony, evidentiary foundations and legal issues. You will get my best effort and advice.

I graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law in 1985. I have been trying cases ever since. I was a law intern for personal injury lawyers. I left to learn how to try cases, joining the public defender’s office in 1986. I was recruited to join the prosecutor’s office in 1992 where I remained for over 17 years. I retired and I am back to my law practice on a full time basis since 2009.
