Meet the Business Owner

Sara O.

Business Owner

Sara O’Bryan had always dreamed of opening her own café/coffeehouse. She began with a Business Plan in 1995, while attending the Kauffman Foundation Fast Track I program for Small Business Enterpreneurs. She became the Plant Manager for The Roasterie, to learn all about coffee. She then began the long 11 years track of learning all there was to know about running a restaurant by becoming the GM of Papa Murphy’s, Catering Manager then GM of Atlanta Bread Company, and finally the GM of Noodles & Company. After 11 years of running other companies, she knew she was ready! She was approached by several local business owners and realtors before finding the Bean Counter Café & making it her own.
