Spots Be Gone

Spots Be Gone came to my house on Saturday 5÷7÷16. I had scheduled my appt. two weeks in advance. They gave me a time window of of 11 – 1. Keith called at 1 and said he would be late due to having my address and name, I might add, wrong. He got here at least an hour and a half late. He was not with a crew it was just Keith. I had pre vacuumed the house extremely well in hopes that it would help him out and get a better result. We had also moved all the furniture ahead of time and picked up everything from the floor. I was wanting my carpet cleaned for my Graduation party this weekend. I bought the «whole house» package” on GROUPON. My husband was home when he finally arrived and he proceeded to basically tell my husband that any «spot» that needed to be removed would be extra ! We had several spots that needs attention, not large spots, he wanted $ 10 for each spot!!! The reason you get a Groupon is to get a value and check out the company and see if you would use them again… right??? Wow, he wouldn’t even give extra attention to high traffic areas without adding another fee. He wanted to charge another $ 100 dollars to make it «look like new». Guess what? You can’t even tell that my carpet was cleaned. It’s horrible!!! I have used other companies that did not add an additional charge just to clean my carpeting and it always comes out amazing. But, not this company. I thought that was your job… to clean the carpet. I called the company to complain and they did not even give me the courtesy of calling back or offering to come back to do any areas. UNBELIEVABLE !! You would have to see it to believe
carpets are still filthy and all the pre treated spots are still there. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF !!! I will not call again and believe me, none of my friends will either. So, now I can’t afford to pay another company and I have my family coming this weekend, along with all our friends for a Graduation party. What a huge disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I am such a happy customer! !! My 20 year old carpet now looks like NEW thanks to Spots Be Gone! I have lived in my home 13 years and steam cleaned with rental wet steam units every year, only to have stains, that I didn’t cause, resurface in three short weeks after each cleaning! Keith did a pet cleaning and voila– all stains are GONE! They have saved me replacement carpet costs and gained me as a devoted customer!

I had Spots Be Gone out yesterday. Keith was working solo this time and did a great job. Very quick and great price.

I bought a Spots Be Gone Groupon for carpet cleaning. I was getting ready to put my home on the market, and although the carpet was fairly new, I wanted it to look/​smell fresh. Also, an old roommate had knocked over a red wax candle upstairs and there was still a faint hint of red that I was worried might scare off potential buyers. The guys showed up on time, were super friendly, answered all of my questions, AND got the red wax stain out! Highly recommended!

I used Spots Be Gone with a LivingSocial voucher. I went ahead and paid the upcharge for «pet treatment» as I have a dog that has had a few accidents.
I called several weeks in advance to schedule my appointment. The woman I chatted with was friendly and set appropriate expectations. The owner and one employee showed up on time (HUGE bonus) and got straight to work. It took all of 45 minutes to treat and clean my two (very large) areas. So far — everything looks great. It smells fresh and there was no ‘hard sell’ of additional things I needed.
We will see in a few weeks if the spots they treated start showing again, but for now, I’m a fan and would refer their service again.

Was able to try them out using a groupon. They cleaned one of the bedrooms, my hall and the stairs which I paid extra from the groupon. They got out the stains and It’s been over two months and the stains didn’t resurface as they do with some cleanings. Very happy with the results. It is one of the «dry» cleaning methods where it drys faster.

I’m often difficult/​hard to please to be honest. Asking more questions than anyone wants to take the time to answer. From the beginning phone consultation to responding back after service was complete… I was treated with respect, received prompt/​quality service. At a price that was was very competitive. I feel that not only do I have wonderfully clean carpets but I am far more knowledgeable about whats under the feet of my family. Thanks Spot be gone… I would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone.

I have used Keith several times and could not be happier with his work. My rugs looked like new and he gave me hints on how to take care of spots in between having him come back. Great job, I refer him to all the people I know.
