This woman is the one who gives the good realtors a bad name! She has repeatedly lied about the fees in the contract, even after she was caught in the act and corrected by the lender. She keeps changing the dollar amounts in our contract, never to the agreed-upon amount, and then playing dumb and insisting her «math» is correct. She is the absolute most unprofessional and untrustworthy realtor with which I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing. If you are in the market for a real estate representative, do NOT in any circumstance trust this woman — she will find a way to take your money! After having to deal with her lies and ignorance, I will never again deal with Reece and Nichols at all!
